SOIL INVESTIGATION WORKS: Soil Investigation at the proposed construction sites at location of watch towers by drilling 150mm dia bore hole up to a depth of 15m below the ground level or 1m in to the hard rock strata(whichever is earlier)in any type of strata complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for item No. 12 above : (a)Mobilization of tools, plants, equipments and manpower required for carrying out soil investigation, setting of boring/drilling as required and later demobilization of plants and equipments after completion of work. (b)Collecting undisturbed and disturbed samples and performing SPT test at 1.5m, 2.0m, 3.0m, 4.5m, 6.0m, 7.5m and 9.0m levels (c ) Conveyance of sample collected at site to the testing lab as required for the purpose of testing and analysis. (d)Lab testing including triaxial test, direct shear test, liquid limit, plastic limit, plasticity index, grain size, specific gravity, ground water table, soil classification, bore logs and bore hole chart, permissible settlement,unconsolidated test on undisturbed sample, crushing strength of hard rock samples recovered, unconsolidated triaxial shear test etc. (e)Estimation of SBC of soil. (f)Submitting photographic record during the process. (g) Soil investigation shall be caried out by authorised consultants/NABL acredated labs, before the commencement of the work and the test report shall be submitted to GE in triplicate duly vetted by NIT/IIT/any of the Govt engineering colleges /NABL acredated labs along with re confirmation about the safety of foundation details specified in the tender. Decision of GE shall be final and binding. (h) Before the commencement of soil investigation work the contractor shall submit in writing to GE, details of consultant/Lab through which soil investigation proposed to be conducted.

Material and labour for trial pit excavation in any type of soil of size 1.2mx1.2mx2.0m and getting undisturbed and disturbed samples for performing necessary tests to obtain bearing capacity of soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS : S&F LED tube light fitting of 22W with lumen output of 2200 Im including all connection all as specified and as directed. Make : Philips Cat Part No. BN 021 LED 22S 6500/4000 PSU GR/SI or its equivalent in Wipro/Osram/Bajaj as approved by GE.

S&F LED light fitting 1X9W/1x10 Watt bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SP 5 to 30 Amp, 240 V, B Series complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high intensity discharge IS: 10322 search light motor operated of capacity 1000 watts incluing necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

S&F High performance building security light of 45 W luminaire with Single Die ceramic base high power LEG light source, IP66 protection, PDC housing & aesthetic finless design and toughened glass cover with suitable dia GI pipes, clamps and including all connections all as specified and as directed. Make Philips Cat Part No. BRP 052 LED 045 CW SLMR FG s1 PSU GR or its equivallent in Wipro/Osram/Bajaj as approved by GE.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS: S&F angular stop cock, fancy type, cast copper alloy, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe 15mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS: Supply and fix Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038, 50 mm (2”) dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install including testing & commision submersible pump, Single Phase, electric driven, of cap 1 HP , 20 LPM having 28 Mtrs head cap all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and install single phase direct online starter(DOL Starter) for 1 HP , 20 LPM having 20 Mtrs,230 Volts, 50 HZ all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

supply andf fix submersible flat cable of size 3 core 6 sqmm with extra thick insulation as per IS 694-1990 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for construction of valve chamber 0.45M X 0.45M X 0.45M (0.45M between the inner edge of the valve, chamber and 0.45M height from ground level) with PCC solid block masonry in CM 1:6, 10mm thick in cement mortar externally upto 15 Cms below ground level incl. provision of 50 mm RCC slab with 10 MM TMT bars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS : - Supply and fix watch tower water proof remote controle search light (Heavy duty) voltage AC 120-220v 50 Hz, lamp specification XHA Xenon, 1000w light output (Lumen) 560K, angle of hunting pan 120 degrees, aluminium enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
