Details Decription of Services:- Carrying out detailed visual inspection and NDT (Rebound Hammer Test, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test, Half cell potential test for corrosion of Reinforcements, Rebar Scanner, Carbonation test , chemical / pH value of concrete test) Core cutting samples for compresive strength check for concrete, complete details of defects along with remedial measures to be taken till repair of such defects and suggestion for effective repair to be done to gain required strength of structure to sustain in sea vicinity area. (Consultant has to submitt requisite details building wise along with supporting quotations/rate analysis/technical data sheets,BOQ of defects remedial measures etc., submission of 10 (ten) ink signed copies of reports in soft copy and hard copy duly vetted by NIT/IIT/Govt Engg Colleges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following buildings:-
