The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Execution of at least one Grid-connected Solar PV Power Plant project with an individual capacity of 300 kW or above in the last seven financial years, with satisfactory operation for at least six months prior to the last date of bid submission. * Alternatively, experience in execution of Ground-mounted Solar PV Projects as a Developer of Grid-connected Solar Power Plants with a cumulative capacity of not less than 2 MW in the last five financial years, with satisfactory operation for at least six months prior to the last date of bid submission. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 149 Cr in the last three financial years. The average annual financial turnover on solar project works or similar works should be at least Rs. 149 Cr during the immediate last three consecutive financial years, with a 7% per annum enhancement rate for actual turnover figures. Additionally, the bidder should have a net worth of at least Rs. 5 Cr. The profit after tax should be positive, and the bidder should not have incurred any loss.
