Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. Note: Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of labour, concrete and appropriate approved Super-Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable and SBR polymer but shall exclude cost of reinforcement, bond coat, Shear Keys, centering and shuttering, strutting, propping etc (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument)- 75mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.G.I. pipes

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to the INTERIOR surface of the Lighthouse Tower to give an even shade after scrapping and cleaning the surface and applying a coat of metal primer whereever directed etc as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,scaffolding, boatswain chair etc complete as directed.

Painting two coats with Exterior emulsion paint (Asian / Berger) to the exterior surface of the buildings after removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc after applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc complete.

Painting with Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) of required shade of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade to the interior side of buildings after removing white or colour wash by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants , scaffolding etc complete.

Supplying and fixing Lighthouse display board of size 1.50 x 1.00m, made out of 25mm GI square tube frame work and base to be made with Aluminum sheet of 18 gauge over which matter to be fixed in Malayalam, Hindi and English with vinyl sticker letters, board to be fitted on ‘B’ class G.I.pipe post of 40mm dia, height 1.80m and fixed in position with necessary concrete base as directed at site, including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc., complete.

Providing and fixing well cover with aluminium grill work with outer and intermediate frame work of aluminium sections (Jindal or equivalent) of approved quality and specification etc providing provision for opening and fixing the grill work to the parapet wall of the well as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc complete as directed.
