Transformer. 3 phase 50 Hz 500kVA, 11KV /433V, DYn11, core type double wound with copper conductor oil immersed ONAN cooled Distribution Transformer with hermatically sealed corrugated tank without conservator type arrangement having a no load voltage ratio of 11KV/433V with top HT & LT Bushings. Tappings +5% to –10% in steps of 2.5% shall be provided at line end of HV winding. Changing of taps shall be carried out by means off load tap changing. Losses are as per latest IS 1180, Energy Efficiency Level 1. with first filled transformer oil, Oil Temperature Indicator and Winding Temperature Indicator.

Earthing 1 (a) Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required in accordance with IS 3043(1987) Code of Practice for Earth.

Item No.2 Supplying & Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE armoured aluminum coductor power cable of 11KV grade 3 Core X 95 Sqmm size direct in ground through DWC pipe of 110 mm dia confirming to IS: 14930 (PART-II) including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Item No.3 supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core x 95 Sqmm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required

Item No 4 Supplying and Laying of PVC insulated PVC / XLPE sheated unarmoured aluminum power cable of 1.10 KV grade 3.5 core x 300 Sqmm sqmm size under ground cable of reputed make like : Havells/ Unicab/ Suncab/ Toshicab/ Polycab confirms to IS 1554 / 7098 (part-1) throuh HDPE/DWC pipe of suitable size i.e 110 mm dia confirming to IS: 14930 (PART-II) in masonry open duct as required in horizontal formation as required including cost of all materials and labour charges complete.

Item No.5 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for size of 3½ X 240 sq. mm 1.1 KV grade cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Item No.6 Supply, installation, testing and commssioning of outdoor type floor mounted cubical feeder pillar box of 1300 x 1500 x 600mm (HXWXD) size made 316 grade stainless steel structural members, compartmental barrier/doors, busbar support shall be made out of suitable angle / sheet to withhold the circuit breakers/ Isolators (As per the drawing). Power Cope box of non extenable type LT 3 phase, 440 V, 800/400A, with front side two door open with locking arrangement to accommadate various electrical items in a comparmental manner with busbar chamber of 800 Amps rating with 4 X 100X10 mm Al. Busbar and suitable SMC / DMC insulators (As per the drawing). The rate including cost of all materials, fabrication, transportation, installation and labour charges, minor tools and plants etc. complete. The Feeder Pillar enclosure shall provide a degree of protection not less than IP-43 in accordance with IS-2147.

Item No.9 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Hot dip galvanised highmast lighting tower of 12 mtr height with lighting tower shaft in single shaft section suitable for 50 mtr/sec wind speed with manual / motorised raising and lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6 mm dia SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle. power supply arrangement consist of junction box, lightning finial, wiring material, FRP feeder pillar box with 1 No. 16 Amp TP MCB as incomer, 1 No. 16 Amp 3 pole MCB for motor protection, 1 No. ML 6 contactor, 16 Amp astronomical timer, 16 Amp 5 pin metal clad socket. Item No.11 Painting 2 coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade iron / steel works including cost of all materials, transportation, brush, minor tools etc. complete

Item No.12 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets(size, shape and pitch of currugation as approved by Engineer-in-chagre) 0.50 mm(+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS : 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should havce protective guard filim of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and shoulkd be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete uopto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlis, rafters and trusess and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
