The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed similar nature of contract(s)/work(s) during the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Road work: 25% of Advertised Cost for works valuing up to 40.00Cr and 40% of Advertised Cost for works valuing more than 40.00Cr. - Bridge work: 25% of Advertised Cost. - Road & Bridge: 35% of Advertised Cost. - Building: 25% of Advertised Cost. - Other works: 25% of Advertised Cost. Additionally, for specific types of works, the following requirements are mentioned: - Road work: 33% of advertised cost for the work valuing up to 40.00Cr and 40% of advertised cost for the work valuing more than 40.00Cr. - Bridge work: 33% of Advertised Cost. - Road & Bridge: Should have either executed under separate contracts both Road & Bridge work up to the aggregate value of 33% of the total advertised cost for works valuing up to 40.00 Cr and 40% for the works with advertised cost beyond 40.00 Cr, or should have executed both road and bridge work under one single contract at least 33% of the advertised cost of work. - Building: 33% of Advertised Cost. - Other works: 25% of Advertised Cost. The experience can be as a prime contractor, sub-contractor, or as a member of a joint venture. In the case of a joint venture, weightage towards experience of the project would be given to each joint venture partner in proportion to their participation in the joint venture. The bidder should also provide a certificate of experience/performance issued by a competent authority, and the experience should be supported by tax deducted at source (TDS) certificate and form 26AS. For Project Engineer: B.E Civil + 10 Years Exp or Diploma in Civil with 15 years experience - For Site Engineer: B.E Civil + 3 Years Exp or Diploma with 7 years experience - For Quantity Surveyor: B.E Civil + 7 Years Exp or Dip. Civil + 10 Years Exp The bidder should have completed or substantially completed successfully work(s) of similar nature, with a completion certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should have a financial turnover, with a certified statement of financial turnover year-wise achieved on execution of civil engineering works for the last five years. The bidder should also have a positive net worth, judged from the audited balance sheet of the latest financial year. The bidder should also provide details of other civil works of similar nature executed, and works underway or contractually committed, with clients who may be contacted for further information on those contracts. It is also mentioned that the bidder should have completed works with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 100% of the original contract price, referred to as "substantially completed works". For road works, the bidder should have executed works valued at 33% of the advertised cost for works valuing up to 40.00 Cr, and 40% of the advertised cost for works valuing more than 40.00 Cr. For bridge works, the bidder should have executed works valued at 33% of the advertised cost. For road and bridge works combined, the bidder should have executed works valued at 40% of the advertised cost, with the condition that they should have executed both road and bridge works under separate contracts up to an aggregate value of 33% of the total advertised cost. For building works, the bidder should have executed works valued at 30% of the advertised cost. For other works, the bidder should have executed works valued at 40% of the advertised cost. The bidder should also provide details of other civil works of similar nature executed, including the value and percentage of similar works completed, as well as details of works underway or contractually committed.
