The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed similar nature of contract(s)/work(s) during the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - For Road work: - 33% of advertised cost for the work valuing up to 40.00 Cr - 40% of advertised cost for the work valuing more than 40.00 Cr - For Bridge work: 33% of Advertised Cost - For Road & Bridge: - Should have either executed under separate contracts both Road & Bridge work up to the aggregate value of 33% of the total advertised cost for works valuing up to 40.00 Cr and 40% for the works with advertised cost beyond 40.00 Cr - OR Should have executed both road and bridge work under one single contract at least 33% of the advertised cost of work - For Building: - 25% of Advertised Cost - 30% of Advertised Cost (as mentioned in another section) - For Other works: - 25% of Advertised Cost - 40% of Advertised Cost (as mentioned in another section) The bidder should also demonstrate an average financial turnover on execution of Civil Engineering works. The experience of similar nature of work/contract claimed should be supported with the certificate of experience/Performance issued by a competent authority. The bidder should have completed work(s) of similar nature, with specific requirements for different categories of work, and should furnish details of other civil works of similar nature executed. The bidder should also furnish Completion Certificate of having executed and completed or substantially completed successfully work(s) of similar nature. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes work performed on construction works of similar nature over the last five years, with information on project name, employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, and other details. The bidder needs to provide financial turnover achieved on execution of civil works for the last five years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant and supported with TDS, ITR, Profit and Loss statement, and Balance sheet, in the format: (Rs. in lakhs) for each year. The value of similar works completed is to be mentioned in the format: Value of contract (Rs in crore).
