Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dual Solarised submersible /Horizontal Centrifugal pump set l compiling with all the relevant standards/Certifications of IS, ISO, IES , BIS etc having the manufacturer of SPV modules empanelled under ALMM of MNRE. The complete job including, I) Solar PV modules in mono crystalline (Minimum 960 wp per HP). The manufacturer of SPV shall be approved in the latest (2025) approved list of Models and manufactures by MNRE. ii) Submersible pump with motor complete set ( KBS/Kerlosker/Crompton/Willow or equivalent make). The multi stage submersible / Centrifugal pump shall be of complete SS fitted with suitably designed impellers of SS-304 or higher for Handling clean or slightly contaminated water. The submersible motor shall be oil or water cooled and provided with submersible flat cable of sheathed copper conductor with water proof PVC of ISI approved make.(01+ 01 stand by) iii) Controller/VFD of required capacity along with suitable housing box mounted on stands. The VFD shall be operatable on both Solar and Grid supply with voltage range of 30-300 VDC with inbuilt change over between Solar and Grid. iv) Mounting structure complete (PGI/Hot dip Galvanized IS 4759). v) Cables with Conductor size depending on array current from PV Array to VFD and VFD to Motor as per IS694 or IS 9968. vi) Column pipes of PPR/ GI/MS in 3 mtr length to be joined by sealing and jointing materials ,length as per site requirement and dia not less than delivery of Pumps including bends and Nipples . vii) MS Pipe clamps as per dia of Column pipes and site requirement. viii) Earthing as per 3043 for motor and SPV Array. A lightening arrester shall also be provided with SPV Array. ix) Service Cable as per IS 694 or IS 9968 to be laid from Substation to VFD. x) All civil, electrical and mechanical works including foundations for pump set ( if required ) , leveling of ground for mounting structures as per site conditions to make the system functional and sustainable. xi) Replacement Warranty of complete system for 2 years and 80% output of solar panel at the end of 25years Head 60-70mtrs Dischare= 10-20 LPS Pump size=20HP
