Chimney for 4Lac. Kcal/ hr boiler and 02Lac.kcal/hr boiler flu gas duct externally mounted support raising with MS sheet of 3MM thick at 5 Mtrs above the Ground level.

PUMPS. SITC of Brine circulation Monobloc Pump with mechanical seal of 20 LPS at Head 25 Mtr (7HP of size 100x100) . The pumps shall be mounted on concerte base foundation of required size with min. height of 6 inch with required fittings. the job also includes civil work of making concrete base foundation.

Providing of Monobloc pump 1hp for HSD Transfer with flexible pipe of 30 mtrs.

TANKS DAY OIL TANK. SITC of HDPE (Tripple layer) Day oil tank of 1000 ltrs capacity with necessary connections of required size of pipe and mounted on a suitable iron stand.

EXPANSION TANK. HDPE (tripple layer) with necessary connection , Insulated with 25MM nitrile foam and Al.Cladding. The job also includes steel structure of suitable height of Capacity 500 litres. The tank shall be placed at highest point of the building and connected with 1/2" MS pipe with suction side of the header.

Hot Water Radiators confirming to EN442 standards. Steel panel heating radiators conforming to EN442 standard, fitted with supply and return valve, working pressure ranging from 10-13 bar having working temperature at 110°C ,complete with Top grilles and side covers as standard along with inlet valve, outlet valve, air purge valve and threaded plug as per OEM. Inlet Water Temp: 70˚C Outlet Water Temp: 65˚C Room Temp: 24+-2˚C Type 22 Convector of size (600mmx2000mm)

Electrical Main Panel. SITC of Electric control panel fitted with all accessories like MCCB,individual DOL starter for all Pumps/HWGs/Brine pump/HSD Pump etc. The control panel shall be provided with the copper bus bars dully insulated of required ratings and 3 in 1 digital Voltmeter / Ammeter / Frequency meter, indicators etc . the job also includes providing/fitting of change over switch as per required and all cablings.

Electrical Cables. Providing and fixing of PVC insulated unarmoured copper conductor cables from main panel board to various equipments to be laid over perforated G.I Cable trays including horizontal and vertical bends,reducers,tees,cross members and other accessories as required and dully suspended from the ceiling with G.I suspenders 200mm/150mm width x50mm depth. with appropriate clamps and fixing arrangements. 3 Core - 4 Sqmm

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Acoustic enclosed D.G set (MAKE CUMMINS / KIRLOSKAR ) generating 62.5 KVA power at 1500 RPM rated for continuous duty with an additional 10% overload capacity for one hour in a period of 12 Hours of continuous operating at site conditions and confirming to standard operational BS 649/5514,BS 649/5514 inclusive of all standard accessories and instruments panel synchronous alternator 62.5 kva AC 3phase 415 V 50Hz 1500 RPM 0.8 power factor alternator shall be in SPDP enclosure self-erected ,self-regulated confirming to IS 4722/BS 2613 complete with Battery, Base frame ,Fuel system/tank, Acoustic enclosure: Acoustic enclosure suitable for 62.5 KVA D G set and fabricated from high grade cold rolled cold annealed (CRCA) sheet and steel members lined with density sound absorption material to reduce the sound level to 7-75 decibels measured from distance of 3 meters away from the set. The job includes providing and fixing of cable from DG set to Control panel as per required sizes and 4 Nos earthing complete.

Non toxic antifreeze (The right antifreeze product intended for use in heating boilers not automobile as the chemicals are different ) Propylene Glycol mixture is installed in the system to avoid costly water or mold contamination . The amount or volume of antifreeze need to add to reach a desired freezing temperature of -40˚C. Note: the quantity of anti-freeze is purely tentative.
