Providing and fixing of Brass tower bolts ( barrel type ) 100 x10 mm

Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG ( Glass fibre Reinforced Gypsum ) flase ceiling tile of size 595x959mm of approved texture , design and pattens having moisture content less than 2 % humidity resistance of 99% NRC 0.50 TO 0.75 as per IS 8225: 1987 Non ( mimimum ) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter- locking metal T- Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick ( galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides ) Comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 60mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items ( galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm ) i,e 50mm long , 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L- Shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/ partition with help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm centre to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge with semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles.
