Installation: The door shall be truly in plumb and water level and installed using steel fasteners with in outer frames duly covered with fastener caps The outer frame of door shall be sealed with silicone based sealants from outside and sealant from inside installtion shallbe done by skilled workers supervised by Engineer in charge. Other Arrangment The outer frame and shutter frame shall have provision for lock and key all complete in the pattren as per direction of Engineer in charge. Rate and measurements. Cost of the items includes supplying installation and fixing of door. frame with all fittings and fixture locking arragnements, handles all complete as per above inclusivve of elements of labour tools lifting m achines etc. cost of sealemnt fasteners, screws sleeves, spacers, protective tape, masking tape, fixture scaffolding complete in all respect a nd as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for calculating area of the door for payment outer to outer dimentions of width and height of door frame shallbe measured upto centimeter and area shall be calculated upto two place of decimels in square meter. Providing and fixing 30mm thick false ceiling countinous line puf panel with fixing accessories complete on ground floor & 1st floor level for all heights as per specifictions drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge Lloyd sand wich PUF panel comprising of on two faces PPGL (galvalume) colour coated 0.5mm TCT sheet and CFC freeclose cell High density rigid polyurethane foam of high density (40+2 kg/m3 ) having at thermal conductivity value of 0.023 w/mk and of required thickness sandwiched between the two galvalue sheets. The outer amd inner galvalue sheet of 0.50 mm TCT steel 550 Mpa shall have a coating mass of 150g/sqm zinc aluminiyuum a alloy coating total of both sides as per AS-1397 and finished with 20micron colour coating of SMP polyester utility paint as per AS/NZS 2728:1997 (category-3) over a 5 microns primer on exposed side and a back coat of 5 microns on inner side over a 5 micromn primer The panels should be of required lenght and required width with miximum width upto 1190 mm with tongue and groved configuration. Rate and Measurement Cost of the item includes sypplying installation and fixing of UPVC windows frame shutter with glass and all fitting & fixture lacking arrngment and handle alll complete as above inclusive of elements of labour tools liftings machines etc. cost of sealant fasteners screws, sleeves, spacers proteective tape, masking tape, bolts gasket fixture, scaffolding etc. complete in all respect. for calculating area of the window for payment outer to outer dimentions of width and height of window frame shall be measured upto centimeter and area shallbe calculated upto two places of decimile in square meter. For payment finished puf sand wich panel shallbe measured upto half centimeters for calculating area upto two places of decmal. No deduction shall be made for opening upto 0.20sqm and no extra payment shall be made for wastages. For wall Partition panel with 100mm thick wall panel finished with 0.50 mm thick TCT Galvalume plain sheet with f small ribs on both sides with tongue & groove arrangment complete including fixing accessories such as as per direction of Engineer-jn-charge (1800+200= 2000)
