Providing and Fixing 30mm thick false ceiling Puf panel with fixing accesories complete on false celing level for all heights as per specificaitons, drawings complete.

Providing and Fixing factory made UPVC - colour door with frame. Frame :Frame made of Lead Free extruded UPVC sections, or minimum size 60mm x 65mm with minimum wall thickness 2.00 mm (+ 0.2mm), corners of the door frame shall be mitred cut and jointed with machine welding, including providing & fixing 3 nos. 3 D hinges to the frame and shutter, fixing the frame with jamb with reqruied number and sizes of dash fasteners of approved quality and inserting 2 number tie bar of 6 mm dia and fastening with nuts and washers at bottom and top of UPVC including making provision for all fittings and fixing at site and sealing and sealing of gaps as per the designs & specifications mentioned as per direction of engineers-in-charge, all complete to achieve smooth functioning of door and shutter. Shutter : Factory made UPVC door shutter with styles and rails including lock rail made of minimum 60mm x 95 mm size UPVC follow section and minimum wall thickness 2 mm (+ 0.2mm) with inbuilt bead on one side. Styles and rails shall be mitered cut and joint at thecorners by means of welding. All the sides i.e. style and rails shall be reinforced with GI channel profile of minimum size 32 x 14mm and minimum wall thicness 2mm (+ 0.2mm). Providing and fixing requried glass or PVC composite PUF Panel and uPVC snap fit beads co-extruded with EPDM gaskets, all of required size and section compatible with panel, all complete as per manufacturer's specification . HARDWARE : Using Espagnolette multipoint locking mechanism, suitable handle of minimum 100 mm size on both faces of door shutter and mortise lock of make and manufacture. INSTALLATION : The door shall be truly in plumb and water level and installed using steel fasteners with step-drill holes (13/8mm) in outer frames duly covered with fastener caps. The outer frame of door shall be sealed with silicone based Sealants from outside and acrylic paint-ble sealant from inside. Installtion shall be done by skilled workers supervised by Engineer-in-Charge. OTHER ARRANGEMENTS:The outer frame and shutter frame shall have provision for drainage, lock and key, all complete in the pattern as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Rate and Measurements: Cost of the item includes supplying, installation and fixing of UPVC door, frame with all fittings & fixtures, locking arrangements, handles all complete as above inclusive of elements of labours, tools, lifting machines etc. cost of sealants, fasteners, screws, sleeves, spacers, protective tape, masking tape, bolts, gasket, fixtures, scaffolding complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For calculating area of the door for payment, outer to outer dimentions of width and height of door frame shall be measured upto centimetre and area shall be calculated upto two places of decimels in square metre. Providing and installing prefabricated continuous line sandwich PUF Panel comprising of on two faces PPGL (galvalume) colour coated 0.5mm TCT sheet and CFC freeclose cell, high density rigid polyurethane foam of high density (40 + 2 kg/m3) having a thermal conductivity value of 0.023 w/mk and of required thickness sandwiched between the two galvalue sheets. The outer and inner galvalue sheet of 0.50 mm TCT steel 550 Mpa shall have a coating mass of 150 g/sqm zinc aluminium a alloy coating total of both sides as per AS-1397 and finished with 20 micron colour coating of SMP polyester wuality paint as per AS/NZS-2728:1997 (Category-3) over a 5 micron primer on exposed side and a back coat of 5 microns on inner side over a 5 micron primer. The panels should be of required length and requried width with maximum width upto 1190 mm with tongue & groove configuration. The prefabricated panels shall be fixed directly to the girth using self drilling fasteners. The metal sheet shall conform to IS:513.AS-1397 & 2728. the polyurethane insulation shall conform to IS:12436. The rate of the item is inclusive of all materials, erection accessories, incidental charges, cost of dash fasteners etc. and other incidental charges as per sample. For payment finished puf sand wich panel shall be measured upto half centimetres for calculating area upto two places of decimal. No deduction shall be made for opening upto 0.20 sqm. For continuous line Roof panels with 40 (40/80)mm thick Roofing panels having finished with 0.50mm thick TCT Galvalume Hi-rib shet on outer side and 0.50mm TCT Plain Galvalume sheet on inner side including miscellaneous expenses of fixing accessories such as fasteners etc. complete.

For continuous line wall panels for outer walls with 80mm thick wall panels finished with 0.50 mm thick TCT Galvalume Plain sheet with small ribs on both sides complete including miscellaneous expenses of fixing accessories such as fasteners etc, complete.

Supply & fixing of 12mm thick internal Cement Boards duly off-white color paint fininshed & joint filled with sealents/P.O.P/tape on existing internal partition puf panels walls with supporting steel frames complete.(Note ;-Partition wall puf panels & steel frame materials will be paid under respective items.)
