Manufacturing, supply and delivery of DI D/F Resilient Seated Sluice Valve of pipe with body and bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG-40, wedge with fully encapsulated EPDM rubber W-270 (approved for drinking water)/WRAS and seals of NBR/EPDM. The valves should be with replaceable sliding shoes. Valve stems shall be of single piece thread rolled. Valve shall have 3 "O" rings of NBR/EPDM for stem sealing. Gate valve shall be compatible for burried applications without valve chamber with necessary precautions. Face to Face dimensions as per EN 558 and flange connections as per EN1092-2, Maximum Valve operating torque should be atleast 40% less than the torque as started in the standard EN 1074.
