Repair of workshop main gate

Workshop complex gate 8’0” (h) x 8’.0” (l) x 2 halves Providing and fitting of heavy duty SS gate rollers - 08 nos (04 for each halves of the gate) of larger size / suitable size and weight of the gate to improve the gates functionality and durability by way of replacing the existing damaged rollers to be fitted securely and smoothly under and over the sliding gates as per the direction of engineer incharge. The job includes providing, fixing and welding of heavy duty M.S angle iron channel on to the existing sliding gate channel to achieve an even floor level as per requirement or as per the direction of engineer incharge. This shall include the cost of fasteners, anchors, welding and allied accessories complete. The job also includes proper alignment of gate by way of replacing the bearings-08 Nos with larger size (04 for each side of gate), cutting, adjusting, welding and fixing the bearings and holders on their proper place with the help of double nut locking system, fixing of new rollers of larger size than existing in the track by way of cutting / welding and adjusting as per the heights of roller by leveling the gate for a smooth operation. Complete job including cost of material, GST and labour charges etc.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kinds of soil : 1x20x20x0.5 = 200 cft = 5.667 cum
