Supply, Installation, testing and commissioningand lowering of Inbuilt controller in Motor, Dual Solar Submersible pump Set in 5” dia tube well for clear and cold fresh water with latest amendments from the tube well with complete accessories of the following specification i.PV Test certificate IEC 61730 part 1 and 2, IEC 61215 at Standard Temp Condition.PV Array rating Requirement(minimum 960wp as per hp) ii.No. of Modules /System= As per System Requirement iii.PV Array Mounting arrangment= Fixed (HOT DIP galvanised IS 4759) iv.Type of Pump and Capacity= Submersible/2HP Capacity of pump in LPM Minimum= 90LPM vi.Total Dynamic head of the Pump= 50Mtr PUMP: The pump shall be multistage centrifugal pump with radial or mixed flow type impeller design, Suitable for handling clean to slightly contaminated water with permissible sand content, Epoxy coated treatment to all ferrous parts for rust prevention and longer life,Non return valve fitted to discharge outlet to preventionback flow, Dynamically balanced impellers with shaft for better efficiency and performance.SS-304 or higher as required. The motor should be Inbuilt controller in the motor, oil cooled and provided with Submersible flat cable of Sheathed copper conductor with water proof PVC of standard and reputed make as per site requirement. Cable with conductor size depending upon array current will be provided from PV array to inbuilt motror control and cable must be as per IS 694 or IS9968 The erection clamps shall be suitable for installing the submersible pump in the tube well and holding it for the column pipe of required dia. Coulm pipe of PPR OF 3mtr length and as per the dia of the delivery size and length as per site requirement. Lowering of Submersible Pump set in 125mm dia bore well up to the require depth by coupling with column pipe of 3mtr length each along with Submersible cable. The column pipes are to be join together by using jointing gasket and nuts and bolt of suitable size and fabrication and fitting of errection clamps to hold the pumping assembly/unit intact while extracting the fresh water from tube well. The job also includes installation and testing of the Submersible pump set on full load at site and extraction of Hand pump / cutting of casing pipe 125mm from BGLto 1.8 mtr deth including excvation of earth as directed by Site Engineer. Service cable as per site requriment.Cable must be as per IS694 or IS9968 Earthing arrangement:- Earthing in According with IS 3043 for inbuit motor controller, motor and SPV array A lightning Arrestor shall be provided With SPV Arry in connecting with inbuilt motor controller.The inbuilt motor controller shall operated on both Solar/Grid with Voltage range of 30-300VDC With changeover for solar and grid. (One complete Job including a to j) The rate also includes maintenance of the Inbuilt Controller Solar Submersible pumset for a 5years. Cable must be as per IS694 or IS9968 and as under IP65 protection
