Development of bore well with compressor till sand free water is available and suitable strata is established

Drilling of bore hole with 175mm dia bit usingDTH method of drilling as per site condition up to depth in collapsible /rocky strata,

Supply ,installation testing and commissioning and lowering of dual solar submersible pump set in 8"dia tube well for clear and cold fresh water with latest amentment from the tube well with complete accessories of the following specifies .i)PV Array rating IEC mounting 61730part 1and 2IEC 61215 (wp) at standard temp condition =As per system requirment (minimum 960wp as per hp)ii)No of modual /system =as per system requirment iii)PV array mounting arrangement =fixed (HOT DIP galvanised IS4759)iv)Type of pump and capacity =17.5HP capacity of pump in LPM minimum =300LPM v)Total dynamic head of the pump =185mtr PUMP -The pump shall be multistage centrifugal pump with radial or mixed flow type impeller design suitable for handling clean to to slightly contaminated water with permissible sand content epoxy coated treatment to all ferrous parts for rust prevention and longer life, non return valve fitted discharge out let prevention back flow ,dynamically balanced impellers with shafts for better efficiency and performance SS304or higer as required . Junction box-junction box with hinged wheaterproof lid captives screw three cable glands entry entry point and one cable gland (standard )IP 65 protection .The motor should be water cooled and provided with submersible flat cable of sheated copper PVCof standard and reputed make as per site requirment .cable with conducted size depending up on array current will be provided from PV array to control panel and cable must be as per IS 694or IS 9968. The erection clamps shall be suitable for installing the submersible pump in the tube well and holding it for the colum pipe of required dia. Coolumn pipe of PPR of 3mtr length and as the dia of the delivery swize band length as per side requirment Lowering of submersible pump set 125mm dia borewell up to the requir depth by coupling bwith column pipe of 3mter length ench along with submersible cable .The column pipe are to be joint together by using jointing gasket and nuts and bolt of suitable and size and fabrication and fitting of errection clamps to hold the pumping assembly /unit intact while extracting the fresh water from tube well .The job also include installation and testing of the submersible pump set on full load at site and extraction of hand pump /cutting of casing pipe 125mm from BGL to 1.8mtr/depth including excavation of earth as directed by the site engineer The control panel shall be GSMbased with button operated for motor on solar and grid (one complete job including a to h )the rate also includes maintence of the solar submersible pumpset for a 5 years cable must be as per IS694 or IS9968 and under IP65 protection.

Providing ,lowering laying aligning ,fixing in position in pipe line 80mm dia non return valve of approved make of following dia complete labour testing and commissioning along with pipes line as per techanical specification and ask for direction of engineer Make kirloskar PN 1.0 CI body door ,bronze torubber rings /SS410 hing pin construction (screwed )as per BS -5155&IS -5312.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.
