MMin size of platform = 11mtrs x 4mtrs full washing platform height = 4.5 meter suitable for long vehicle class & duty = IV / heavy duty operation = automatic or manual both provision provide IPE line = all the pipe lines & fittings are in g.i /upvc & hose material nozzles = SS 304 nozzles 120 Nos capacity = 20 to 25 trucks per hour Max wash time = appx 90sec duration for one truck water pump = A Min of 04 multistage/centrifugal pump of at least 7.5hp +1 dosing pump should be provided and fitted in the unit for improved washing quality Martials = All steel structures should be hot dip galvanized conforming to laid standards sensors entry = & exit sensors for automation should be provided with control voltage = 230 v supply voltage = 415 v, 3P AC control panel = IP 65 rated safety features = guide rail with safety bars will provide of the washing platform crane design standard = as per IS-3177,IS-807,IS-38115 water consumption = Max 600 to 700 ltr/truck air blower = 5 HP air blower provide on both side of platform
