Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.including carriage.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for a)Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and fitting of escape pipe 300mm dia with Gate Valve complete job

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and welding of medium ERW MS/GI pipe by laying of the rising main in the excavated tranches rocky surface and open as per site condition, levelling, cutting alleging the pipe, circumferential welding of 125mm dia. MS pipe of 5mm thick with one root layer and two additional layer with 3.14mm and 4mm ISI marked MS welding rods to fill the groves between the pipes ,welding to be done by special/ skilled workman, handling of pipes with proper tools/ tackles employing semi-skilled works man.Tools / tackles can be tripod stand, chain pulley blocks for raising and lowering of pipes and workability, proper alignment and edge leveling . Initial tack welding and final welding to be perfect circumferential butt welding joints ,removal of slag before new layer in place and afterwards defects in the welds to be rectified by filling of cavities etc. The deviation/ bends are to be fabricated from available pipes. The complete job includes cost of welding rods, gas for cutting and charges of equipments ,tools skilled and semi-skilled labous. a)100mm dia
