Non toxic antifreeze (The right antifreeze product intended for use in heating boilers not automobile as the chemicals are different ) Propylene Glycol mixture is installed in the system to avoid costly water or mold contamination . Operation and Annual Maintenance of complete system for period of twenty-four (24) months for Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of central heating system with heat pump and standby electric / diesel boiler at High Court Guest house Leh UT Ladakh. The contractor shall depute minimum one qualified operator to operate the plant 24 X 7 and carry out routines checks for a period of twenty-four (24) months warranty period from the date of successful commissioning of the machinery. During the period of installation and testing, if found necessary, the firm shall train personnel at his works at no extra cost to the Department for future. The contractor shall also arrange to provide at no extra cost necessary personnel to carry out all routine and special maintenance of the plant as required regularly for a period of twenty-four (24) months warranty period starting from the date of virtual completion of project including weekly inspection by contractor or his technical representative during warranty period.
