Supply of dual Solarised Submersible/Horizontal Centrifugal pumps set to be installed in 8” dia bore well or dug/open well compiling with all the relevant standards/Certifications of IS, ISO, IES , BIS etc having the manufacturer of SPV modules empanelled under ALMM of MNRE. The complete job including, I) Solar PV modules in mono crystalline (Minimum 960 wp per HP). The manufacturer of SPV shall be approved in the (2024) latest approved list of Models and manufactures by MNRE. ii) Submersible /Horizontal pump with motor complete set ( Grund fos make). The submersible/horizontal pump shall be of complete SS fitted with suitably designed impellers of SS-304 or higher for Handling clean or slightly contaminated River water. The submersible motor shall be oil or water cooled and provided with submersible flat cable of sheathed copper conductor with water proof PVC of ISI approved make. iii) Controller/VFD of required capacity along with suitable housing box mounted on stands. The VFD shall be operatable on both Solar and Grid supply with voltage range of 30-300 VDC with inbuilt change over between Solar and Grid. iv) Mounting structure complete (PGI/Hot dip Galvanized IS 4759). v) Cables with Conductor size depending on array current from PV Array to VFD and VFD to Motor as per IS694 or IS 9968, as per site requirement. a) Submersible 3-Core flat cable= 75 mtr/set b) Single Core DC Cable = 200 mtr /Set vi) Earthing kit with LA as per 3043 for motor shall also be provided with SPV Array. vii) Service Cable with conductor size depending on load as per IS 694 or IS 9968 to be laid from Substation to VFD= 50 mtr/set viii) Replacement Warranty of complete system for 2 years and 80% output of solar panels at the end of 25years A.Solar Open well submersible Pump set Capacity of Pump=800LPM Dynamic head of pump=15 Mtr
