(a) 11KV Pilfer metering cubicle for 3 phase 4 wire metering system made of MS sheet thickness not less then 2mm duly powder coat painted suitable for indoor as well as per the site requirement. The cubical shall be painted through 7-Tank process. The external dimension should be adequate, panel have two compartments upper meter compartment and lower CT/PT compartment, provided with synthetic or semi synthetic gasket firmly glued to the surface, dust weayherand vermin proof and shall comply degree of protection IP 65 both the chamber having one sided hinged door arrangements. The metering panel shall be provided with two Nos. MS channels of sized 100x50mm on the front and rear side duly welded and 4 Nos. of lifting hooks. it should be possible to take meter reading manually through CMRI and computer without opening the LV chamber door. (b) Single phase, Single core, single ratio, epoxy resin cast current transformer suitable for 11kV, copper wound primary type with rated burden 5VA and accuracy class 0.5 or better and conforming to IS2705 (Part-I & II) amended upto date. ISF shall be upto 5. the CT ratio 20/5 A (3 Nos.) (c) 11kV/110V, 3-Phase epoxy resin cast PT with rated burden 15VA per phase and accuracy class 0.5 or better and conforming to IS: 3156 (part-I&II) amended upto date with proper colour coded identification, PTs shall be of uniform insulating and withstand separate source 23kV pf for one minute. (d) Bus-Bar detail: CT bus-bar:- 40x6mm coppe strip 8 SWG or 30 x0.6mm copper flat strip to connect PT terminal or adequate size duly insulated by the monoplast tape. (h) 3ph 3 wire, HT CT/PT operated fully static Smart Tri-Vector meter Energy meter DLMS Compliant Category "C" with RS232 port for modem compatibility, 11kV/110V , Ph-Ph (3P-3W) meters for measurment of different electrical parameter including Active Energy (kWh/MWh), Apparent Energy (kVAH/MVah) etc. (make L&T, Secure, ABB) (i) Indeoendent flexible PVC pipes PVC pipes forfor CT wiring and PT wiring of appropriate size from HT copartment to meter compartment. (j) Pedestal made out of MS channel of sizes 75x40mm or angle iron of sizes 65x65x5mm, duly painted as per site requiorement for mounting of metering panel including concrete foundation whereever required including cost of nuts and bolts. (k) 3 Core 11kV Al Cable XLPE armoured 35sqmm including cost of clamp for its fixing where ever required. (l) Cable termination kit suitable for 3x35sqmm XLPE Cable (indoor/outdoor).
