Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made & tested, CPRI approved, LT Feeder pillar box outdoor type of size 2.0 m x 1.5m x 0.9 m suitable for 415Volts 3phase 4wire 50Hz AC supply having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bar 900amp rating installed on pocelain insulators, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP65 protection & made out of MS CRCA quality sheet 3.15mm thick, and 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron base frame with 04 Nos legs 75cm long made out of MS angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, legs embedded in PCC (1:2:4) having bottom of the panel at height of 45cm above ground level, duly powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer inside (after anticorrosive treatment (7tank) front opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arragements, internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked of adequate size, the scope of work comprising the following including taking down old unserviceable feeder pillar box:- (a) ON LOAD Change over switch front operated of capacity 630 Amps TPN :- 02 Nos. Attanding day to day complaints for maintenance and repair of LT Network of any type and any specifications or any accessories related to Electric Supply of any descriptions, fitted/ fixed on poles, buildings or watching towers of any heights and any location, and re-fixing the same after necessary repairs/ replacement of defective parts including rectifying the same as per directions by concerned JE E/M and Engineer-In-Charge, at various locations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.Note: (i) Cost of T&P, ladder or mechanical lift shall be deemed included in quoted rate. (ii) Supply of spare parts of light fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Note: The work under subject BoQ (item No. 1 to 19 ) is meant for maint of External Electric Supply in AF Stn Thoise under GE(AF ) Thoise. The work shall be executed on ground on required basis. Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of External Electric Supply in the AF station. Contractor or his representative will daily attend the complaints at E/M complaint cell and in addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 1500/- per day shall be recovered from contractor's payment for each complaint so notified.
