S&F in replacement of Intelligent Panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency, power factor, etc on LT panel with all connected CTs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of sheet metal double door enclosure MCCB TPN DBs 4 way 415V flush mounted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Incoming: LT switch gear 440 Volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, cubicle or truck type complete with air circuit breaker, with microprocessor release IPR -E eleteical draw type 1000 Amp, 100 KA , overload protection, no-volt release with necessary CTs,meter and cable boxes of rating upto - 01 No for incoming

S&F in replacement of LT panel box, by means of nut bolts washer, and opening of existing LT cables properly stacking, and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved, factory made, LT panel board cubical, Outdoor type, floor mounted double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15 thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members and 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) for doors covers and internal partitions and shall be powder coated both side. Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 50 x50 x 6mm, duly grouted on platform made of brick work in CM (1:2:4), 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 450mm. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch gears with hinged door including interlocking with switch gears. The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with epoxy insulated 800 Amps rated high conductivity aluminium bus bars, supported with DMC / SMC barriers and coluor coded, prewired with copper cable, the degree of protection is IP-54. the panel shall be complete with instrumentation such as LED phase indicating lamps and CT's, including extended aluminium strip of rating of Incomer (400Amps), and outgoing as per rating of MCCB’s, including aluminium lugs to connect the cable dismantled before etc., and comprising of the following:-

S&F in replacement, LT switch gear 440 Volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, cubicle or truck type complete with MCCB,100 Amps, 35 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with with adjustable thermal - Magnetic Release, including spreader terminals, phase barriers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement, LT switch gear 440 Volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, cubicle or truck type complete with ACB, 630 Amps, 50 KA adjustable type including spreader terminals, phase barriers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per item Srl No. 10.00 here in before but 80 mm bore

S&F in replacement of Aluminium bus bar with insulators suitable for three phase and four wire LT AC, 50 Hz 415 V 1500 Amp capacity complete with powder coating, necessary internal electric connection as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc and getting out in hard/dense soil soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and Laying in replacement of GI pipe light grade in trenches/Floor or fixed to Pole/Wall with all fitting for protection of cable including dismantling existing pipe of size 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue - 01 Set in LT panel with all connected CTs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement, LT switch gear 440 Volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, cubicle or truck type complete with MCCB, 160 Amps, 36 KA, adjustable type , including spreader terminals, phase barriers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of MCB SPN-06 to 32 Amp, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of LT FPB made out of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick outdoor Pedestal type totally enclosed with front and rear opening, hinged doors with projected an raised platform of suitable size weather and water proof with necessary locking arrangements along with lugs, cable glands of various sizes for cables, danger notice plate, strickering of Switcher gear about termination of switch gear, and the nuts/ bolts etc used are to be made of rust proof material incl as per IS: 8623 tinned copper bus bar with insulators suitable for three phase and four wire LT AC, 50 Hz 415 V 1500 A capacity complete with powder coating, necessary internal electric connection as required and provision of the following:

S&F in replacement of MCB TPN-63 Amp, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, LT switch gear 440 Volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, cubicle or truck type complete with MCCB, 200 Amps, 36 KA, adjustable type including spreader terminals, phase barriers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out Old UNSV earthing and M&L for Earthing complete with GI plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to steel earth STRIP 32X6MM up to 7.5 mtr by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of tinned brass, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering,including charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers and filling earth pit with fresh vegetable soil below copper plate and above upto ground level as required and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed.(Note:i)Charges for earth resistivity test deemed to be included in the quoted rate.ii)Earth resistance value shall be less than 1.0 ohm)

Supply and fixing in repair on load change over switch 100 Amps capacity, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 4 Pole with advance neutral complete open execution type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc and getting out in hard rock complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of Automatic 3 Phase 415 V, 50Hz, 500kW LT Distribution Control Panel (LBS) made up of MS plate with Aluminium Bus bar for Controlling and Monitoring the mains Supply from a centralized Location with Dimension of 8 x 13 x 2ft (H x W x D) Rectangular shape complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply & Laying in replacement cable XLPE FRLS Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 500 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Outgoing: a) ACB AC 3 Phase 415 V, 50Hz 4 pole 630A capactiy 100KA with adjustable type thermal and magnetic setting relays - 02 Nos ( one No working and stand by) b) MCCB AC 3 Phase 415 V, 50Hz 4 pole 200 A capactiy 36 kA with adjustable type thermal and magnetic setting relays - 04 Nos c) MCB SPN 40 Amps 2P - 01 for local lighting d) Intelligent Panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency, power factor, etc with all connected CTs e) LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue - 01 Set f) Panel drawing shall be got approved from GE before placing the order.

Supply and fixing in repair on load change over switch 315 Amps capacity, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 4 Pole with advance neutral complete open execution type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, LT switch gear 440 Volts 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles, cubicle or truck type complete with MCCB, 400 Amps,36 KA adjustable type including spreader terminals, phase barriers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of MCB SP-06 to 40 Amp, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair on load change over switch 200 Amps capacity, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 4 Pole with advance neutral complete open execution type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
