Heavy duty exhaust fan ( as per BEE recommendation) 300mm sweep single phase 230 volts 50 Hz AC supply totally enclosed heavy duty motor with die cast aluminium rotory mounted on two ball bearing complete louvers including cutting chases for fixing fan, connecting electrically using 3 core 0.75sqmm PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable over all sheathed all as required at site including required accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

b) Indicator lamp : Indicator lamp with LED type 230 Volts core Gen set/Main supply ON/OFF indication and different relay position etc all as required and recommended by manufacturer. c) Bakelite fuse : Bakelite fuse base carrier with HRD fuses 160 Amps. 415 Volts suitable for and including knife type HBC fuse link of - 08 Nos. d) Accessories and prewiring : All accessories should have prewired with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable of appropriate size including foundation as per manufacturer recommendation. e) Foundation : PCC foundation as per manufacturer's instructions / recommendations or required at site or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the lump sum cost of DG set quoted by tenderer. Note : The engine shall be affixed with label mention the following :- i) Name and address of the engine manufacturer. ii) Type approval certificate number. iii) Date of manufacture of engine. iv) The complete generating set inclusive control panel base frame coupling etc. shall be from the OEM and shall be assembed and tested at engine manufacturer's workshop and test certificate shall be provided by contractor.

Supply and installation of Polythehe (LLDPE Underground septic tank) of capacity 1000 Ltr (CCST-100-01) of Roto moulding grade conforming to IS 10146:2003 and Relaince 'O' 35042 grade MFI : 2.0 to 6.0 gm/10 minutes and denisity 932 to 943 Kg/Cum and carbon black master batch content 40% + 1% and ash content 1% max. The avarage weight of tank shall be 40+ 1Kg and wall thickness 7.3mm. The tank shall be installed as per manufacturer instructions. Note :- The excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc complete all as required as per manufacturer's instructions will be included in cost of LumpSum quoted against this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account and tenders are to quote their rates accordingly.

Supply and fix PVC twin core cables of size 4.0 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

LED light fitting 1X20 watt with lens connector block, all accessories prewired with suitable size cable including 20watt Led tube rod and connecting electrically using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply & fixing of search light of 800 watt with MH lamp incl stand and fixing arrangement for fixing on plateform etc and provn of movement in 360 degree angle complete with all accessories including copper ballast/gear box complete and including all accessories, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply ,installation, commissioning of Bus bar chamber cubical floor mounted type made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, bus bar 400 amps rating made of copper strip duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50HZ AC supply, complete all as specified and as directed.

LED street light of 1X45 watt, IP 66 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact high power LED street light with heat resistance toughened glass including street light bracket made of 25/40mm (as per dia of fitting) GI tubing light grade including clamps, nuts, bolts etc for fixing on wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply & fixing of of Flood light fitting heavy duly type weather proof construction with anodizes aluminium reflector lamp holder, heat resisting rubber, glass base plate seiveling & fitting bracket for wall or pole mounting suitable for 400 watt MH lamp, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and testing of silent type with accoustic encloser diesel engine generating set complete with panel for automatic starting on main failure output of 62.5 KVA (NTP) after considering derating factor for 10600 feet above mean sea level (MSL) and including acoustic enclosure suitable for working at 10600 feet above mean sea level (MSL) and working temperature range (-) 20 degree centigrade to (+) 40 degree centrigrade and alternator of suitable capacity and RPM coupled with each other and capable to taking 10% overload for one hour on every 12 hours with flexible coupling mounted on common base plate and antivibration pad on foundation as recommended by manufacturer. The DG set shall comprise of electric starter motor with batteries of 24 volts, 160 AH including suitable lead for charging with copper/brass terminals. The DG set shall have turbo charger after cooled type and electronic governor. AVR with all standard fittings, fixtures and all piping etc as furnished below and specified in particular specification :- a) Multifunctional meter for measuring DG parameters as per manufacturing Design (cont to 10.02 to 10.08)

Material and labour for mild steel clamps made out of mild steel strip 20X3.15mm fixed to poles with nuts, bolts and washers(Two clamps per pole) of suitable size, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
