Supply and fix MCB SPN 40 Amp 240 Volts AC ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Design, Supply, fixing and testing ducting for hot air blower to room with closed cell elastometric insulation 30 to 40 Kg/Cum density 25 mm thick (nitrite insulation) complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Eurobatex/ Superion/ Aeroflex Note : Insualation material should retain Temp inside (+) 25 degree centigrade and (-) 25 degree centigrade

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure with 20 Amp 240 V socket plug top and MCBs single pole and neutral enclousre with two pin and earth plug and socket with one single pole 20 Amp MCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on surface XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sq mm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for making of foundation for Stanalone CHS of capacity 50000 K cal including installing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron wire 4 mm as earthing lead (upto terminal point) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991(Part-I) Taking out old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - The rates for earth work, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire wesh, CI cover, etc shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates.

Supply & fixing tubes light grade of size 50 mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M & L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required in PVC casing Caping wire size 2x4.0 sq. mm + 1x 4.0 sq. mm earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
