Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles(11.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55, complete all as specified. Note : - Earth work & PCC work will be measured & paid seprately under relavent item.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 ( using 40 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in base for foundation of the pole, all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in mass filling all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) for plinth coping incl form work all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying in trenches/through pipes / ducts or on poles XLPE insulated,screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured , electric power cables(heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV,grade 95 sqmm 3 core (E) confirming to IS-7098. incl taking down old one incl cable cover all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for disconnecting electrical connections of transformer of capacity upto 160 KVA in place of unserviceable copper /aluminium wound from transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA, opening top cover, and carrying out the following work complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Dismantling of all attachment viz breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge, HT/LT bushing minor repairs etc. as required and directed and keeping aside for reuse. (b) Taking out the core with winding assembly. (c) Removing of complete winding from core and dismantling the core, cleaning of core laminate sheet and keeping aside for reuse (d) Cleaning of complete transformer tank oil fins, removing of sludge, and making the inside surface of tank dry by blowing of hot air as directed and specified. (e) Painting of outside surfaces of transformer complete by means of spray machine as directed. (f) Dismantling burn copper winding for HT/LT leg coil of transformer all as specified and directed. (g) Replacement of all insulating materials other than incorporated for rewinding of HT/LT coils as per existing. (h) Fixing only HT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, washers 3 Nos. and LT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, and washers 4 Nos. and connection with primary and secondary windings and reconnecting with the main terminals as required and directed. (j) Replacement of all unserviceable gasket from top cover, HT/LT bushing with new one by using rubberised gasket sheet 4.0mm/6.0mm thick duly pasted with suitable adhesive . (k) Replacement of unserviceable bolts with new one and fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different sizes and tightening properly. Note :- The contractor shall give written warranty of one year from the certified date of completion for the repaired transformer. HT/LT leg coils and transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only. The coil to be replaced shall have same number of truns gauge insulation value matching with manufactures design.

Material and Labour for rewiding of HT/LT coils of transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 1000 KVA and servo voltage stabilizer with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge and proper number of turns alongwith insulating material eg leatheroid, paper insulation, cotton tapes, Empire tapes, wooden block packings, PVC sleeves, soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish , heating/drying etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only of HV bushing with brass metal connecting rod, nut, bolt and washer suitable for transformer 630 KVA to 1000 KVA, 11 KV as per IS, replacement of worn out stud complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm . all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm . all as specified and directed.

Restringing of HT overhead line conductor comprising of any size ACSR conductor after opening from insulators, including restringing same and winding on insulator with proper size of binding wire upto permissible sag including cutting, trimming and vending of branches along HT line, pole to pole distance up to 50 mtr and up to six run of conductor and removing of creepers from poles / conductors complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out worn out jumpers / connectors of HT over head line / DO fuse unit in substations of any size or any length after removing binding wire / connector and replacement with the new ACSR weasel conductor jumpers including PVC sleeve in colour coding R/Y/B of same size and length approx 1.5mtr including new binding wire/ connectors suitable for AB switch/DO fuse unit, including provision of conducting jelly all as specified & directed by Engr-In-charge.

Repairing and servicing (Oiling and greasing) of Gang Operated Switch 11 KV vertical/Horizontal mounted and replacing defective parts including replacement of unserviceable spare parts as required for smooth functioning of AB switch, testing for its proper operation, all as directed at site.

Dismantling UNSV air break gang operated and Supply, installation connecting electrically & commissioning switch air break, gang operated, tripple pole mounted on Polymer insulators 15 Nos and steel frame with operating mechanism with 20 mm dia GI Pipe (Medium Grade) Rod worked from ground level, drop out fuse, for current rating upto 200 amps and working voltage 11000 volts all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: BHEL/Rashtriya or Equivalent.

Supply & fixing in replacement lightning arrestor suitable for 11 KV grade, thyrester type, complete with all fitting transmission class for outdoor discharge capacity 65 KA complete. all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green, 150mm high, and 150mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 11 KV HT Pin type polymor insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, suitable for working pressure 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor any size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ACSR weasel/Squirrel conductor of required size for O/H lines, on HT poles, including stringing and binding wire, complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only of ACSR conductor of any size obtained from item No. 44 here-in-above with required sag, including jumparing. all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out damaged / rusted cross arms, of MS channel or angle section etc complete and setting aside for reuse within 50 mtrs. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out damaged / rusted GI earth wire / cradle guard complete. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stringing, galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth conductor, on HT poles including binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of danger notice plate for HT of size 25 cm x 20 cm x 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, synthetic enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified.

Material and labour for painting of 11 m steel pole and cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for HT overhead line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle & marking three bands width 30 cm by enamel paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule part I with and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 100mm center to center both ways watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required galvanised iron strip 32 x6mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing /testing and calibration of breaker/control panel including CT, PT and relays in control panel of VCB of capacity 630/800 Amps and rating 11 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (iv) Check for rust and wear. (v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts. (vi) Visual check for rust and deformation. (vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing. (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xi) Check close , shunt trip coil, spring charging motor, limit / breaker control switch, IDMT, Relay, fuse, CT, volt/ Amr meter, LED indicator and specer heater, (xii) Checking of Jaw Contacts Conditions and repair/adjust. (xiii) Replace the jaw contacts,If required. (xiv) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish. (xv) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xvi) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor (b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. (c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay Note : - The Unsv spare parts for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule,

Material and labour for painting of Transformers outer body of capacity 100 to 400 KVA including cleaning / preparing the old painted surface before spray paint of existing colour of transformer all as specified and directed.

Description as per item No 71 above but of capacity 500 to 1000 KVA Transformers of any type & size. all as specified and directed.

Dehydration of HV / EHV grade transformer oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength not less than 60 KV for 1 minute with 2.5mm Gap as per IS - 335 - 1983 for EHV grade including topping up with new transformer oil all as directed. Note :- (i) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing machine of oil, required for dehydration shall be arranged by contractor. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separately.

Supply and fill up transformer oil as in topping up/ refilling of transformer having dielectric strength not less than 65 KV at 2.5 mm gap conforming to IS incl testing complete. all as specified and directed. Make : Savita/Power Oil/Trans Oil

Disconnecting and removing LT Cables and other connections and Strip opening of Servo stabilizers of 75 up to 200 KVA, 433 volts indoor/outdoor type of any make after unsecrewing nuts/bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather,temperature gauge for replacement of defective LT coils,replacement of drain valve, paper insulation strip, electronic cards of each phase (RYB) etc and other defective parts i.e. servo motor, Out /In terminals. (payment of defective replaced parts shall be measured and paid seperately. Re-assembling after replacing the defective coils parts and replacing the top gasket sheet and other insulating, packing materials and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The reassembling element covers the assembling of parts not to be changed where as for the rest it shall be the part of the item being replaced.
