Material and labour for Pre cast cement cocrete (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landing, cover slabs of manholes and simillar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts complete.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc. or for shafts, welles cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified &directed.

Material and Labour for sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying & 15 cm above the cable after laying or under paver blocks etc complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for preperation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Pre -cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks made out of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4.complete all as specified and as directed.
