Supply of 1000mm long LED Rigid Linear Grazer with system wattage of minimum 50W, min lumen output of 2460lm, architectural optics with choice of beam angles of 17X43 degree beam angle (±10%), complete with ntegrated power supply, suitable IP68 connectors, luminaire controls via DMX512 with Auto addressing for easy configuration. The connectivity should be of a daisy chain topology, allowing easy installation to form long run lengths. Remote device management circuits should be built into each luminaire to enables extensive control and monitoring of the entire lighting installation (lighting automation control equipment should be of the same company as of light fixtures) Installation clamps, 4core/cat-6 or suitable control cables UV and weatherproof, other required accessories & hardware. The luminarie peak intensity shall be minimum 464940 Cd. The luminaire shall be extruded Aluminium with Electrostatically applied polyester powder coating, silicon gasket and clear tempered glass, minimum dimension of 1000mm x 55mm x 45mm(Without Bracket) and 1000mm x 105mm x 45mm(With Bracket) . The luminaire should be IP66 & IK-07, the luminaire should have successfully passed at 3G, ANSI C136.31 vibration test (The test should be conducted and passed at 3G as the luminaire are being installed on bridges). The operating temperature of Luminaire shall be -40°C to 50°C and storage shall be -40°C to 70°C. The product shall comply to and shall have test repots for IEC 60598-2-5:2015, IEC 60598-1:2014 + A1, IEC TR 62778:2014 (for LED chips), EN IEC 55015:2019+A11, EN 61547:2009, EN 61000-3-2:2019, EN 61000- 3-3:2013, IS 10322 (Part 5/Sec5):2013, LM80. Manufacturers self- declaration shall be uploaded along with the technical bid confirming to compliance of CE Declaration of Conformity, CQC declaration of conformity, RoHS compliance & ASTM B117 for 500 hours. Test reports for the aforesaid standards for the offered product or product from the same family with power rating in the range of (±10%) shall be uploaded along with technical bid. Supply of RGBW, CRI≥80 LED wall washing and grazing luminaire length 1000mm made of Extruded aluminum with die-cast aluminum end caps, Electrostatically applied polyester powder coating, system wattage 24 Watt with minimum system lumens of 1720 lumens with all channel ON. Luminaire should have a choice of architectural optics with beam angles of 25x40°, 17°, 30°, 16x35°. Luminaire should be capable of operating at 24VDC and maximum current upto 9A. Lifeclass should be at least 50,000 burning hours at L70@35deg C. Lens should be anti ageing and anti-UV high optical efficiency PMMA lenses covered with clear tempered glass. Manufacturer shall have inhouse lab approved by NABL or ministry of science of govt of India. LM 79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL/UL accredited lab to verify above parameters.
