The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years, with a certificate from the Engineer-in-charge. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one similar nature of work individually costing not less than 33% of the advertised cost during the last 05 years, and substantially completed at least one similar nature of work with a minimum value of at least 30% of the tender value during the last 3 years. The bidder should also have a minimum of two years of experience in providing operation and maintenance services for projects of a similar nature, carried out under the authority of a government agency, spanning at least two separate projects. Furthermore, the bidder must demonstrate hiring expertise/monitoring services required, such as a Heritage Consultant, with at least 10 years of work experience in the field of architectural restoration or wall painting conservation. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - At least 33% of the advertised cost for one similar nature of work during the last 05 years. - At least 30% of the tender value for one similar nature of work during the last 3 years. - Average Annual Turnover CA Certificate preferably with UDIN should be at least 30% as advertised cost during the immediate last five consecutive financial years. The estimated cost of the work is Rs.1133.84Lakh (Inclusive of GST).
