Dedicated /toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support: BIDDER/OEM must have a Dedicated/toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support. 6. Escalation Matrix For Service Support: Bidder/OEM must provide an Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support. 7. Local Content requirement: Minimum 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively. 8. Validation on GeM profile: The seller should be validated on-line in GeM profile as well as validated and approved by Buyer after evaluation of documents submitted. 9. Technical Specifications: The bidder should meet the technical specifications mentioned in the tender, including the requirement for Stand Alone Solar Power Plant with minimum 50% and 20% Local Content. 10. Udyam Registration: The bidder must have a valid Udyam Registration and their credentials must be validated online through the Udyam Registration portal.
