The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 30% of bid quantity - 3 Financial years - 2 years The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant - Certified Audited Balance Sheets - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made - Udyam Registration - Compliance with Indian Standards, and equivalent Indian Certification/standards if foreign/international certifications are mentioned. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit copies of relevant contracts to support their experience and past performance.
