SUB HEAD-II ( FOR BA LEH)

PART"A' : (SUPPLY PORTION) Supply of Factory made Free cooling System suitable for operation on 42V-56V DC comprising of inlet air assembly with DC blower fans, filters etc, hot air out let arrangements, microprocessor based controller with humidity and temperature sensor along with necessary cabling & control wiring etc as per details given below and specifications attached and prototype approved. Air inlet assembly made up of GI powder coated sheet of suitable size, thickness and necessary supporting frame work for fan motor along with rain proof cover, gravity based dampers/supply air grill, protection net, consisting of centrifugal blower fan with backward curved impeller with suitable DC stepless variable speed controllable electronically commutated motor working on 42V-56V DC supply and capable of delivering 1200 CFM AIR with washable fine filters capable of filtering 90% down to 20 microns, microprocessor based controller with sensors for sensing the inside and outside temperature and capable of switching ON or OFF the supply air blower system and Two AC units - depending upon the preset temperature /humidity differential. Note : 1. Required No of Fans shall be provided to deliver minimum 1200 CFM .Exhaust air outlet assembly with required frame work made up of GI powder coated sheet of suitable thickness consisting of gravity based dampers with minimum friction arrangement, protection net, air outlet grills etc complete as required Make:- i) Fan :- EBM PAPST-R3G-400 AD 20-30 or Similar Superior make ii) Filter :- Dyna, Air Tech, Puromatic, Tenacity

PART "B" : (ITC PORTION) Installation, testing and commissioning of above free cooling system comprising of inlet and outlet systems making necessary openings on the shelter/partition/wall/window i/c fixing of Microprocessor based controller with sensors including extending necessary power supply to these units through suitable size PVC sheathed PVC insulated copper conductor cable on surface of wall etc from the existing DB, interconnecting control wiring to the AC units , loop earthing with suitable size Copper conductor, closing and making good the external openings suitably complete as required as per detailed specifications attached.
