Supplying and fixing at site prefabricated BTS shelter of specified internal dimensions made of standard Sandwich insulated panels 80mm thick with Polyurethane Foam (PUF) as filler material between galvanized pre-coated steel sheets of thickness 0.60mm. The shelter shall be designed for floor loading as 1000Kg/Sqm, harsh environment condition (-15 Degree Celsius to 60 Degree Celsius) and survival wind speed of 200Km/hour. The roof load capacity shall be 200kg/Sqm. The floor shall consist of standard PUF sandwich panels 80mm thick covered with 18mm Marine Plywood. Antistatic flooring 2mm thick using antistatic vinyl robust rolls shall be laid on marine ply flooring. The roof shall be made of standard PUF sandwich panels 80mm thick. A down slope 1:50 shall be maintained from front to back.

The main door shall be of dimension 1000 W X 2000 H (mm) and opening outwards. It shall be sealed by a peripheral (double) sealing frame with silicon rubber /EPDM gasket, splash and dust proof. The door shall be hinged with minimum four Nos. of heavy duty hinges (stainless steel/Brass). It shall also be provided with a hydraulic door closer. The door should be closed by means of three way espagnolette lock with locking cylinder in door handle. The door should be openable from inside when locked. Door, when locked, can not be removed even if hinges are removed. The panel to panel jointing in the walls shall be done by tongue and groove configuration with use of minimum three nos. of eccentric cam locks. Minimum three nos. cam locks shall be used for wall to wall, wall to roof and base to wall. The joints shall be strengthened with tie rods/tie bars/clamps/angle iron/corner plates etc.

All panel joints shall be sealed with silicon sealant for water proofing. The shelter shall have provision for openings for AC/Exhaust Fan/piping/cabling/wave guides and feeder cables. All opening shall be custom built and cutting shall be done at site and provided with suitable glands and apertures. The glands shall be EPDM. The shelters shall be provided with AC protection cage of specified dimension and VANDAL PROTECTION arrangement for protecting AC against theft. All metallic parts shall be interconnected for good electrical connectivity. A long copper strip/bar of size 300 x 25 x 5mm with M8 bolts size rounded holes and insulator in it shall be provided near the door inside the shelter. The shelter design shall be vetted from a reputed structural authority like SERC/IIT for temperature range, snow load [2.5 KN/Sqm or 1 metre snow depth], wind speed 200Km/Hr.
