Fitting charges of 6mm thick chequer in each man hole of 1.5m x0. 60m and front & rear sides of all Switch Boards(Both HV and MV) (See cable trench and switch board lay out )Note:- Each cover should be provided with suffient lifting clamps which will be having moving slot within the plate so that the clamps will be in flush with the plate when not in use.

a)Preperation of General Lighting layouts from blow room area to post spinning area + power room as per lighting standards applicable to textile and milling areas &get them approved by the Electrical inspectorate and mill authority. The conceptual drawing no TCSM-LL-001 &TCSM-LL-002 may please be refered for preperation of the actual lighting. layout for the Inspectorate/KSEB approval and installation of all these lighting fixtures as per standard. Note: The lighing layout shown in the conceptual drawings are prepared based on SITRAguide lines.(South Indian Textile Reserch Association). If it is not accepted by electrical inspectorate, the contractor has to re design the lighting system according to relevent IS-6665-1972. b) Install new lighting fixtures with LED tubelights (supplied by the Mill) as per the aforesaid approved drawing from Blow room area to Post Spinning Area and Power room. (For details of wiring spec See item14 of NIT Pages 5&6of 34 and for light wiring see the conceptual drawing No.TCSM-LL-001 and the notes contained in it as guide line.).The conduit and fittings materials are PVC ISI Marked and medium type.
