Hire and labour charges for putting up lean to pandal for 10 days from an existing pandal structure having span upto 10 m and having minimum slope of 1 in 9, for a period of 10 days with 0.3 mm thick GUMS sheet having a minimum clear height of 4.9 m in one side with supporting pillars spaced at 3.5 to 4.5 m clc with 150 mm or nearest size GI/MS tube with square plates welded at the ends, and Connected by truss having minimum depth of 300 mm made with 50 mm dia or nearest size MS/GI tubes with 40 mm or nearest size intermediate members, for stability. The 40 mm dia or nearest size purines are placed at 1 to1.35 m spacing Over 50 mm or nearest size GUMS tubes placed above the posts in the slopping direction as rafters. The entire structure should be stabilized by providing proper brazings as per necessity. The rate includes cost of transportation, erection, dismatling after festival, cearing the site etc compete.

Hire and labour charges for providing steel barricade of size 2.40 m x 1.20 m. Alround frame provided with 50 x 25 mm MS rectangular tube and intermediate verticals 13 nos using 20 x 20 mm MS square welded together. Steel barricade tied with metal wire to GI post 32 mm dia 2.00 m height inserted into the pit already made including all charges for erection including all transporatation charges, loading, unloading, and dismanting after the function

Hire and labour charges for providing temporary buit up Pandal for Fireforce vehicle parking shed during the tenure of festival having 6 to 16 m clear span, with 4 m clear height at sides with minimum slope of 1 in 5, using with prefabricated roof truss made up of 50 mm dia or nearest MS tubes outer frame and intermediate members vertival and diagonal members using with 40 mm dia or nearest MS tubes 1m center to centre Supported on 100 mm dia MS pipe pillars having top and bottom plates of 300x300x8 mm placed 4.5 m clc, and jointed together usingsuitable nuts and bolts, and roofing with 0.3 mm Gl corugated sheet or similar, lakd over 40 mm dia or nearest MS tube purlins placed at 1 m to 1.35m clc, and the vertical posts and trusses connected with prefabricated tie beam having 40 cm or nearest depth made with 40 mm or nearest dia MS tube top and bottom connected each other by 32 mm or nearest size MS tube and diagonals, with suitable fixtures and proper brazings for stability, including providing screening using tarpauline/silpauline sheets etc, dismatling and cleaning the premises after the period etc. complete

Hire and labour upto a period of 10 day for putting up viripandal with bamboo mat aracanut reepers or bamboo intermediate and horizontal Support with aracanut support with at a 1.50m clc for intermediate first class at 3.00m about and thatching with bamboo mat and dismanting after use.

Hire and labour charges for providing art gallery and dismantling after function of various type photos of Hindu lords in 300gsm 3 pan quality printing in flex at a height 6.00m from around level by fixing in aracanut post of height 9.00m fixed in two rows of mi nimum width 1.10m at an interval of 3.00m with0.90m below G.L and balance height above GLto this vertical aracanut post tied at a height above 600rn and 7.20m from GL to reach rows and and with Cross ties in aracanut post to reach towards 13 split aracanut at 6 and0.2m level at an interval of 10cm for making a platform and making partition using this 1/3 split aracanut are spared as a distance of 10cm aracanut reapers are provided at each side of the end post at the entire width at an interval of 5cm fixed fimly to aracanut post up to height of 6m and also at front sides.
