Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead : With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture:One or more coats with copal varnish

Bailing out water from the well and removing slush and silt (Man coolie)

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for water proofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservoir, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5:2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surface and 3:1 (3 parts intergral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same fro negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 ie by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage : For horizontal surface one coat @ 1.10 Kg per sqm.
