Dismantling 150/200mm thick hot insulation from the existing position to facilitate the carrying out of the maintenance works at all elevations and locations fitted on pipe lines, vessels, tanks etc., including all labour charges, hire for tools, hire for scaffolding, all safety protection works to men, machineries, materials etc., including all safety measures like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles / face shield, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day , machineries, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors risk and cost, as per approval of TCC., all hire for hand cart/tempo van/lorry etc., complete

Fixing back 50mm/75mm thick hot insulation in position after the maintenance works of pipe lines, vessels, tanks etc., are over at all elevations and locations, including all labour charges, hire for tools, all protection works to men, machineries, materials etc., including all safety measures like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles / face shield, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day , machineries, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors risk and cost, as per approval of TCC., all hire for hand cart/tempo van/lorry etc., complete. (Required insulation materials such as mineral wool, chicken mesh, lacing wire etc., will be issued by TCC at free of cost)

Fixing back 22g carbon steel cladding by using new/ old screws to pipe lines, vessels and tanks at all elevations and locations, including all labour charges, hire for tools, hire for scaffolding, all safety protection works to men, machineries, materials etc., including all safety measures like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles / face shield, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day , machineries, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors risk and cost, as per approval of TCC., all hire for hand cart/tempo van/lorry etc., complete.
