Dismantling A.C. roofing sheets of all sizes at all locations up to 20M from existing ground level by carefully unbolting, lowering, conveying and stacking them without damages at places inside factory compound within a lead of 1km, collecting, sorting and stacking roofing bolts of the dismantled sheets, including all labour charges, hire for hand cart/ tempovan / lorry, conveying charges, all safety protection works to workers including all safety measures like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles / face shield, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day , machineries, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors risk and cost, as per approval of TCC

Dismantling, lowering, removing MS. structural works of roof cladding partitions, bracings, platforms, stairs, hand rails of all sizes and shapes at all locations and elevations up to 20M from ground level, carefully lowering by standard methods,conveying dismantled materials in hand cart/tempovan/lorry, stacking the items category wise at places pointed out inside factory compound within a lead of 1km, including all labour charges, hire for tools, derricks, tackles etc., all safety protection works to workers including all safety measures like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles / face shield, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day , machineries, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors risk and cost, as per approval of TCC., machineries, equipment’s, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors risk and cost approved by TCC, all hire for hand cart/tempo van/lorry etc., complete

Roofing, side cladding etc., with Galvalume sheets or any other roofing sheets like UPVC sheets, plastic sheets, Aluminum sheets, fiber sheets etc., supplied by TCC of all sizes at all locations and height up to 20M from existing ground level, using old/new A.C. roofing sheets, collecting, conveying sheets from store yard/ inside factory carefully, drilling/holes for bolding, fitting the roofing sheets in position with suitable G.I. bolts, nuts, G.I. washer, bitumen washer etc., covering bolt holes in old sheets with G.I. bolts, washers, roofing compound etc., including painting/dipping, roofing, bolting, anti-corrosive painting well before using them, all labour charges, hire for tools, plants, standard lifts, devices, scaffolding charges, all protection works to workers, materials, equipment’s, machineries, pipe lines, cables etc ,all safety measures including all safety measures like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles / face shield, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day , machineries, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors rick and cost, as per approval of TCC.
