SUBGRADE COMPACTION Preparation of subgrade by using a smooth wheeled roller 8Te capacity, after spraying water , including SPT to get N value of Min 100 and complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

REFILLING Filling River sand/ good quality well graded earth below foundations, in layers such that each layer shall have a compacted thickness as indicated in the drawings for outside and inside of ring foundation. Each layer shall be compacted by rolling/ramming using suitable means and watering etc including leading/ transporting to the site complete as directed by the Enginer in Charge. ( River sand / Murram/ Good Earth will be supplied by TCC free cost at nearest place)

RUBBLE STONE SOLING Supplying and laying Rubble stone soling of size 63-45mm, in foundation, plinth below flooring including spreading in uniform layer,hand packing, rolling,watering,filling the intercises with stone chips and M Sand , compacting by rammer or compactor as per the requirement and site conditions etc and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

PCC Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade of cement, centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) ( Cement will be supplied by TCC free of cost from their stores)

REINFORCEMENT ROD Laying of reinforcement in RCC works at all levels with reinforcement, (Various Sizes as per drawing) high strength deformed bars of grade Fe 500D conforming to IS 1786, including all charges for uncoiling , straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with black annealed tying wire of 22 gauge, providing required number of cover blocks as per instructions and as per standard etc complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. ( All sizes of Reinforement bars only will be supplied by TCC free of cost from their Stores)

FORM WORK FOR RCC Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Walls including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

RCC Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix (Ready Mix Concrete) of M-30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 Kg/ Cum Mix using 20 mm grade approved quality hard blue broken stone for foundation including setting them in all position and all sizes and shapes including bailing,pumpingout all sorts of water ,ground water, seepage water by engaing diesel pump to the nearest drain including all labour charges, hire for all tools/plants, cost of consumbles, materials and all safety precautions to workers and machineries complete as pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

EXPANSION JOINT Supplying and fixing in position premoulded joint filler in expansion joints with chemical resistant sealing compound of size 20mm thick 150mm depth.

FIBRE BOARD Supplying and installation of Bitumen Impreganated Fibre Board of specified thickness of 12 mm thk x 150 mm depth confirming to IS 1838 as joint filler including coating of both faces with coal tar complete as per drawing and as instructed by Engineer in charge.

ACID RESISTANT BRICKS Acid proof lining after cleaning the cement finished surface well with water and allowing to dry, brushing and removing all dust, apply two coats of approved quality bitumen based primer confirming to IS. 1580 as per manufacture's specification, applying 12mm thick asphalt membrane with hot melt asphalt free from filler conforming to IS. 1580, then laying acid resistant tiles of class II quality conforming to IS. 4860 over a bed of 6mm thick pottassium based silicate cement mortar conforming to IS. 4832 - part 1 & 4441 and joints 5mm thick, raking the joints to full depth from the top surface, removing the raked out mortar and filling the entire depth of joints with furane base resin cement mortar conforming to IS 4832 Part 2 including acid washing , curing etc. complete as per relevant IS 4443 specifications at all heights / areas as directed by Engineer in Charge (i) For Floor inside the Ring Foundation and to match the top level of bricks with Tank bottom and Floor areas of outside tanks and Vertical areas of outside ring wall and Vertical area of dyke wall upto 0.5 M height and slope as per drawing of size 230 x 112 x 38 mm and as directed by Engineer in Charge .
