WALL TABLE MODULE PP Sink with Tap and 2 way eye wash (560 x 355 x 245 mm), “L” Shape table : (2675+2640) x 750 x 900 mm ht+C6:C10. 1. Table Top: To be made of finely polished epoxy resin coated 18 mm ± 2 mm thick black Color Granite with rounded edges. 2. Under bench modules to be made of 1 mm thick pre-coated Galvanized Iron sheet (TATA / JSW Steel – GI Sheet) and completely finished with Epoxy powder coating. These modules to be provided with top drawer and bottom cupboard with Lockable doors and aluminum anodized flush handle. The under-bench modules to be arranged as per the diagram. The base of the modules to be provided with skirting panels with adjustable feet (Tolerance from 5-20 mm to correct unevenness of flooring) 3. PP Sink with Outlet Nipple and Single - way tap to be provided as per the diagram. Technical Specification: • Material of Construction: Polypropylene; Chemical Resistance • Gasket / 'O' Ring Nitrile Rubber to Avoid Leakage; and any other accessories to be provided like sealant, etc., for the purpose of lipping (Backslash) 4. Table Top Mounted Two WAY EYE WASH: Specification: • Eye wash is made from high quality Brass Forging grade as per IS 8737 2007 and Machining grade as per IS: 319 (I) material to avoid porosity and leakage. • Eye wash are powder coated with full glossy epoxy bond in Red Color. • Eye wash is tested in Hydraulic Test at 50 PSI to avoid leakage. Box should contains 16 / 6 Amps Sockets & Switch and 3 model plates to be provided. 6. Color Options:The color combination of IVORY or WHITE and drawer fronts contrasting BLUE / YELLOW / GREEN / RED / ORANGE for aesthetic appeal by powder coating technique.Electrical Switch & socket: 1. Raceway Electrical Box with 8 Nos of 16/6 amp switch & sockets 2300mm length approx. 2. Raceway Electrical Box with 8 Nos of 16/6 amp switch & sockets 1500mm length approx.

SHOE RACK:900 x 350 x 900 mm ht,1. Construction: Shoe rack to be made of 1mm thick pre-coated Galvanized iron Sheet (TATA / JSW Steel – GI Sheet) and completely finished with epoxy powder coating. 2. Partitions: Shoe rack to have 9 nos of Vertical and Horizontal Partitions as per drawing.
