PANEL BOARDS:- Fabrication, conveyance, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of self-supported, free standing powder coated cubicle type, 415V, 36 kA Switch Board of CRCA No.14/16 gauge sheet steel construction with cable entry facility at top/bottom. Cable alley, switchgear compartment, meter chamber, bus bar chamber etc. shall be fully segregated & compartmentalized. Shrouding of live parts shall be with 3 mm FRP and two fastener screws and chamber partition at dropper connections with 4 mm FRP. Control wiring shall be with 2.5 sq. mm copper cable of 1100 volt grade for CT leads and 1.5 sq. mm for voltage leads with 2A SP MCB. All meters, connectors, lamps etc. shall have safe finger proof terminals. Doors shall be provided with 4 sq. mm flexible copper and socketed earth leads of green/green and yellow stripped PVC insulation. The main earth bus shall be of size 25 x 3 mm copper and run through the switchboard for earthing metallic parts of switch gears. All copper joints shall be tinned. Knock- outs of proper diameter shall be provided on glanding plates. Ring type CTs shall be rigidly fixed to the cable chamber walls so that socketed cable cores can be easily taken through the CTs. The height of the operating handle of any switch gear shall not be more than 1.8 metres or less than 0.6 metres from bottom level of the switch board. All MCCB's are rotary operated handle with spreader. Painting : Powder coated after seven tank metal treatment. Colour - Admiralty Grey as per I.S.S (RAL 7032). Enclosure : Degree of Protection - IP 54 or above. Doors / Cover : Doors with concealed hinges & bolted cover for bus chamber.Labelling : All incomers and outgoings shall be labelled. These name plates shall be of metal black colour base and white letter engraved and screwed to the panel or transparent acrylic sheet screwed for insertion of identification cards. PVC identification ferrule numbers shall be used for all internal wiring. The panel shall be provided with standard danger board.

RING MAIN UNIT:-Supply, Installation, testing and commissiong of 1 No. 11KV, 630A, Motor Operator, Compact outdoor type extensible RING MAIN UNIT with vacuum circuit breaker and CTC(E) as per the Electrical Inspectrate/KSEB Technical specifications and standards both side extensible non drawout type gas insulated RMU. The RMU consists of 3 Nos of 630A, 25KA Air Braker/Load breaker/Isolator with suitably inter locked earth switch. The unit shall be totally enclosed free standing, floor moniting, dust and vermin proof, outdoor cubical type, IP54 made of 14 SWG sheet steel powder coated with necessary cable alley and bus bar chamber. The panel shall be with 630A Aluminium PVC sleeved bus bar and support insulators space heater wth thermostat cubical illumination Lamp, MCB for AC/DCcontrol etc seal of bushings, control wiring etc. The rate is inculssive of all taxes and duties and transportation insurance, lift lead and position and supervision charges, testing charges, PTCC approval etc complete for the RMU supply. The associated civil works for positioning the RMU with suitable RCC foundation etc complete as referred. Metering-3Nos Ammeter, 1No. Voltmeter with selector switch digital power Analyser with RS.485 communication facility Protection-1set of two over current (50-200%) and one earth fault relay (20-80%) and 1 No.Master trip relay1set TNC breaker control switch and pushbutton for healthy trip 800A TP Aluminium bus bar The panel shall be with bottom HT cable entry for incoming and outgoing cable All necessary interconnection and all accessories as perthe KSEB/Electrical inspectrate standard specification

Erection, testing and commissioning of 630 kVA Unitised Substation comprising 630 kVA Copper wound 11KV/433V Dry type cast resin type Transformer . 3 Phase ,vector DYN -11 with offcircuit tappings from +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5%, changeable on offcircuit by tap links provided, with WTI & LV terminals suitable for 3 runs of PVCA cable and HV terminals connected to 11 KV, 26.3 KA, 630 A Load Break Switch, with incoming suitable for XLPE cable, with HT HRC fuses, 3 Nos CTs, 1 No PT, provision for fixing TOD Meter and output connected to 11KV seal off bushings to the transformer.(The owner will supply only USS. All other item shall be supplied by the contractor. Civil works for the foundation will be done by the Owner).
