Laying, dressing and clamping of following power cables along the cable trays/wall/supports/cable trenches/utility pipe ducts crossing the national highway by using Al clamps, GI nuts and bolts as per scope of work. Cable shall be supplied by KMML. Clamping materials, GI nuts and bolts shall be supplied by contractor. 3.5 X 300 sq. mm XLPE Al conductor

Glanding and termination of following power/control cables using DC glands/lugs including supply of cable glands, lugs, aluminium crimping sockets, nuts & bots as per scope of work. Gland earthing as per standards shall be done by the contractor. 3.5 x 300 sq.mm XLPE Al cable

Connection of following cables from existing DB near ATM from the existing trays/ structures/ racks/ columns etc and rerouting the cables to new feeders after proper clamping by using Al clamps, GI nuts and bolts as per scope of work. The existing glands shall be reused, however new aluminium crimping sockets shall be supplied by contractor for the termination works (4 sockets/run) . Removal & rerouting shall not be measured separtely 3.5 x 240 sq.mm XLPE

Supply of all materials and casting of earth pits using 1200 X1200 X 12 mm CI plate electrodes as per IS 3043-1987 and drawing attached. This work includes excavation, backfilling, filling of charcoal and salt of required quantity has to be put in the pit. Providing necessary frame around the pit, providing CI pit cover, supply & installation of funnel for watering, measurement of earth pit resistance and painting & numbering as per the scope of the work. The value of earth resistance of the earth pit to be taken before connecting to the earth grid in presence of concerned engineer supervising the work. The earth pit CI cover should be at a height of 200 mm from the ground. The required GI strip for fabrication shall be supplied by KMML. The earthing of PDB and tubewell DB and all accessories shall be done as per standards. All other materials required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor. All civil works related to casting of earth pit shall be carried out by the contractor. Cement shall be supplied by KMML.

Laying and clamping of GI earth strips 75/65/40X10/8/6 mm along trenches/walls including excavation (depth 70 cm, approximately 100 mtr), backfilling of the trench & connect to the nearest earth pit/earth grid. Welded joints shall be covered with jute & bitumen. 75/65/40X10/8/6 mm GI earth strip shall be supplied by KMML. All other materials required shall be supplied by the contractor. The area shall be refilled, leveled and plastered as before after laying earth strips.

Fabrication and erection of new cable supports throughout the length of existing stockade/structures, MS structurals, brackets for cable laying and for fabrication of new base channels for mounting PDB and Tubewell DB complete. All the supports and structures shall be properly cleaned and painted with two coats of epoxy grey paint over one coat of epoxy primer as per scope of work. The paint shall be Shalimar/Berger/Asian/Nerolac brand and shall be supplied by the contractor. The required MS items shall be supplied by KMML.

Excavation of cable trench to carry the power cable at a depth of 1 meter and width of 0.4 meter. The cable shall run along the trench and the trench shall be back filled with sand and brick. Cable marker as per standard in checkered plate shall be done at every 2 meter and shall be installed by doing proper civil PCC foundations. The cable marker shall engrave all details regarding the cable. Sand, Bricks are all under the scope of the contractor

Supply of hot dip galvanized wire rope of diameter 6 mm for pulling of 1.1 kV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminiun conductor of size 3.5 x 300 square mm through the utility pipes laid under NH 66. The galvanized wire rope shall be permanently laid inside pipe ducts for future cable pulling works.

Casting of civil PCC foundation for footings(approx 30 nos) for cable tray supports at a depth of 70 cm below the ground level and 20 cm above the ground level. Size of the PCC shall 30 x 30 x 90 cm. One end of the 3 mtr long MS channel box ( 2 x 100 x 50 mm ISMC) shall be empeded in the PCC straight for supporting power cables. Required quantity of cement shall be supplied by KMML, The other required materials shall be supplied by the contractor

Preparation of electrical drawings and approval from electrical inspectorate for new installation as per scope of work.
