Pressure grouting the concrete structure using cement slurry mixed with approved chemicals for expanding and quick setting,such as cebex 100/Flowcable 50/Cera Expan 250 of M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem respectively, as per manufactures specification by drilling holes of suitable dia at appropriate locations up to a maximum inclination of 45 degree to vertical,(centre to centre distance of holes must be 30 cm minimum and 60 cm maximum) and fixing nipples of suitable dia and fixing the same in the holes drilled and fixing with rapid setting compound such as Renderoc Plug/Master seal 505/Cera Plug of M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem respectively and after setting and cleaning the holes by pumping air and water under pressure (up to minimum 100 psi) as instructed by the Engineer in charge, identifying and marking the out lets, if any, and there after pumping the cement grout specified above, initially in the ratio 3:1 (3 water and 1 cement, cement should not contain any granules or other foreign bodies and to sieved if needed) and allowing the grout to jet out and followed by grout in the ratio 2:1 and finally 1:1 until the cavities are filled and the pressure of 200 psi maintained for 2 consecutive minutes and then plugging the holes including subsequent removal of the same and sealing the holes after completion of grouting, as instructed by the Engineer in charge.(If no out let of water is observed during the cleaning process, the holes may be either abandoned or grouted direct with cement grout in the ratio 1:1 as per the decision of the Engineer in charge. Abandoned holes if any are to be sealed as instructed and no extra payment will be made for the same.) including scaffoldings upto a height 5 mtr. (Excluding cost of Cement)

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. b)laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Sprinkle fine aggregate immediately after the application of second coat to get the mechanical key for the protective screed. Allow the fosroc Nitoproof 600 PF membrane to self cure for minimum 3 days.
