Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc.with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts, scaffolding upto 5 mtr height, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.50mm average thickness

Dismantling and removing the existing water proofing layer including cleaning and disposal of the debris up to a lead of 1 km, including scaffolding upto 5 mtr, tools,takles,clearing the surface to remove all dust,dirt,loose mortar etc. as directed by Enginner-in-Charge

Plastering with 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including all tools and tackles,labour charges, necessary scaffolding upto height 5 mtr, curing etc complete ,except cost of cement (cement shall be issued by the Company)

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 20% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).12 mm average thickness.including scaffolding upto 5 m height

Pressure grouting the concrete structure using cement slurry mixed with approved chemicals for expanding and quick setting,such as cebex 100/Flowcable 50/Cera Expan 250 of M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem respectively, as per manufactures specification by drilling holes of suitable dia at appropriate locations up to a maximum inclination of 45 degree to vertical,(centre to centre distance of holes must be 30 cm minimum and 60 cm maximum) and fixing nipples of suitable dia and fixing the same in the holes drilled and fixing with rapid setting compound such as Renderoc Plug/Master seal 505/Cera Plug of M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem respectively and after setting and cleaning the holes by pumping air and water under pressure (up to minimum 100 psi) as instructed by the Engineer in charge, identifying and marking the out lets, if any, and there after pumping the cement grout specified above, initially in the ratio 3:1 (3 water and 1 cement, cement should not contain any granules or other foreign bodies and to sieved if needed) and allowing the grout to jet out and followed by grout in the ratio 2:1 and finally 1:1 until the cavities are filled and the pressure of 200 psi maintained for 2 consecutive minutes and then plugging the holes including subsequent removal of the same and sealing the holes after completion of grouting, as instructed by the Engineer in charge.(If no out let of water is observed during the cleaning process, the holes may be either abandoned or grouted direct with cement grout in the ratio 1:1 as per the decision of the Engineer in charge. Abandoned holes if any are to be sealed as instructed and no extra payment will be made for the same.) including scaffoldings upto a height 5 mtr. (Excluding cost of Cement)

Providing and fixing nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy. Including scaffolding upto 5 m height

Providing and fixing 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including scaffolding upto height of 5 mtr.

Providing and injecting approved grout such as Conbextra EP 10 of M/s Fosroc/Concresive 1315 of M/s BASFor equivalent product of M/s Cera Chem/BOSTIK approved by the company in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc.complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including scaffolding upto 5 m height. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete including scaffolding upto 5 m height .Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (TMT steel bars shall be supplied by company)

Fixing departmentally supplied 16 gauge SS welded mesh having size 20x20 mm or nearest size firmly to columns and beams with concrete nails and plate washers at adequate spacing to cover the concrete surface prior to micro concreting/plastering etc at all levels as per the instruction of engineer in charge, including all cost of materials, scaffolding upto height 5 mtr, conveyance, labour etc. complete.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. b)laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/ sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm . This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours then apply an over coat of 12mm thick 1:3mix plaster.The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.(For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured). All works including cost of all materials ,all scaffoldings upto 5 mtr, conveyance, labour etc complete but excluding the cost of cement.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. Measurements will be taken for heights above 5 meter from the succeeding floor

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Bars upto 12 mm diameter including scaffolding upto 5 m height

The product shall be applied on corroded area of reinforcement and the exposed reinforcement surface after throughly cleaning. painted area of steel shall be considered for payment

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, beam/cantilever/lintel/column/slab sides and bottom, plinth and string courses fillets,foundation sides, kerbs and steps etc.at all heights including all materials, scaffolding upto 5 m height.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts,buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, foundation etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:11/2:3 (1 cement : 11/2 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including scaffolding upto 5 m height.

The work shall be carried by an agency having sufficient experience. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Providing and applying micro concrete over the chipped and cleaned exposed areahaving sufficient thickness (average 50mm) to receive the same with fluid micro concrete product, such as Renderoc RG/MasterEmaco S 346/Cera microconcrete of M/s Fosroc/BASF/Cera Chem or Similar respectively, with potable water, mixing by heavy duty slow speed electrically operated stirrer after pouring the water in a mixing vessel, mixed material shall be poured through the feed hopper into well positioned form work for the required thickness and all works as per manufactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge, including curing, cost of materials, labour, scaffolding upto a height of 5 mtr, conveyance etc, but excluding cost of form work, bonding agent, reinforcement and SS welded mesh. The work shall be carried by an agency having sufficient experience. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Microconcerte measured in m3 for thickness more than 50mm. The work shall be carried by an agency having sufficient experience and should ensure a guarantee of 5years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Providing,mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect.SBR Polymer(@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer including scaffolding up to 5 m etc

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make including scaffolding up to 5 m etc.

Supply and applying waterproofing membrane Fosroc Nitoproof 600PF or equivalent of BASF/Cera chem/ similar approved material after cleaning the surface, application by brush, squeegee or roller at a minimum wet film thickness of 1.5mm in one or two coats. Priming with 1 part Fosroc Nitoproof 600PF or equivalent to 2-4 parts Xylene to be applied prior to the application of membrane and all as per the manufacture specifications and direction of Engineer in charge. second coat shall be applied after the first coats gets dry. Sprinkle fine aggregate immediately after the application of second coat to get the mechanical key for the protective screed. Allow the fosroc Nitoproof 600 PF membrane to self cure for minimum 3 days.

Providing, mixing and applying Fosroc Brushbond or equivalent of BASF/Cera chem/ similar approved material, after cleaning the surface and applying with brush or roller in 2 mm thickness in two coats after applying primer as per the manufactures specifications and instructions and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect, mainly for waterproofing the roof, slab,etc. For brush application consistency, mix with a slow speed drill (500 r.p.m.) fitted with a Mixing Paddle (MR3).

Providing and applying one part PU based joint sealants fosroc Nitoseal PU40 or equivalent of BASF/cera chem/approved similar materials at concrete and masonry joints, cracks etc using suitable guns after well cleaning the surface complete afterthe application of fosroc primer 7E or equivalent of BASF/cera chem/approved similar materials as per manufactures specifications and application procedure including scaffolding upto 5 m height.

Providing and injecting Rapid foaming and setting Polyurethane (PU) resin for waterproofing using Nitofill WS60 of Fosroc or any other equivalent product of M/s BASF/ Cera Chem/ BOSTIK or similar approved material approved by the company in proportion recommended by the manufacturer specifications into cracks/honey -comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including sealing the cracks followed by injecting with Nitofill UR 63 of FOSROC or any other equivalent product as per the manufacture specifications and cutting of nipples after injection complete as per directions of Engineer-in charge including scaffolding upto 5 m height(The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved resins injected)
