MASONRY: Providing and constructing 6” solid blocks defined in IS code in cement sand mortar(1:6) in foundations, super-structure, manholes, ducts, drains etc. at all heights and depth above and below plinth level as per drawing: a) with cement mortar (1:6)

RANDOM RUBBLE MASONARY: Providing and constructing random rubble masonry defined in IS code in cement sand mortar(1:6) in foundations, super-structure, manholes, ducts, drains etc. at all heights and depth above and below plinth level as per drawing

PLASTERING & FINISHING ITEMS: Providing and laying 12 mm thick plaster with (1:4) cement sand mortar at and at all heights and depth above and below plinth level to beams, lintel soffits etc. including chipping of concrete surfaces, cleaning etc: Up to 5m level

STRUCTURAL & ROOFING WORK: Supply fabrication, erection and fixing in position of structural steel (such as M.S. plates, rolled steel joists, rolled steel channels, angles, rods etc.) at all heights and depths above and below finished floor level, structural steel work as specified in drawing for columns, tie beams, stringer beams, bracings, roof purlins, sag rods, staircases, walkways etc. and all other miscellaneous structural steel work as shown in the drawings and/or directed by the Engineer including painting with one coat metal primer and two coats of approved enamel paint, assembly nuts and bolts for steel work. Work is inclusive of supply of consumables, erection equipments etc. Surface preparation: 1 coat of metal primer and 2 coat of approved color and make synthetic enamel paint as per the details in the drawings, all materials, tools, plant and labour complete
