Dismantling CC/RCC works including separately removing & stacking available reinforcement & clearing away the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Dismantling existing old sanittary fittings like wash basin, EWC,Urinal etc and removing all internal water lines and waste lines carefully without damaging the building as instructed at site from 2 toilet blocks.

Dismantling and removing doors with or without ventilators including removal of shutters, hinges,holdfast and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions

Cement Concrete work in 1:1½:3 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for cement ,mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete but excluding cost of form work & reinforcement works.For foundation footings, bottom & sides of trenches, equipment foundations, plinth beams, lintels, slabs, columns & beams etc.up to 5 m from ground level.

Providing formwork to RCC works with necessary wooden planks, joists,runners, posts etc.including removal after completion of works-For columns/Foundation footings.

Labour, Material and supervision charges for cleaning the surface using wire brush followed by water in order to remove all deleterious matters including old worn out tar felt and applying water based primer / bituminous primer as suitable for the surface, providing and laying 4 mm thick “WP SHIELD APP” Polymer modified membrane with non woven polyester Matt-160 GSM, weight not less than 4 kg/Sq.m having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N / 5cm tearing strength of 180 N ( P 4180 grade) by torch welding method including minimum 10 cm side over lap, finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sq.m complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement block masonry work in CM 1:6 using good quality, approved cement blocks including charges for ,conveying, scaffolding charges etc.as per departmental instructions.

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels.

Providing reinforcements to RCC works with MS/Tor steel rods including all charges for onveying, straightening/ uncoiling, cutting, bending, placing rods in position & tying with GI / black annealed tying wire of suitable gauge etc. complete.including cost of reinforcement.

Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours,shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge for dadoing to walls cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477,inaverage 3mm thickness. followed by grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying with approved brand rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 600x600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in suitable colours laid cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness. with adequate joint spacing of 3mm followed by grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of EngineerIn-Charge

Waterproofing of Bathroom/ toilet floor: i) Surface preparation by cleaning the surface using wire brush in order to remove all deleterious matters and cleaning with water jet spray (if required) including removing old worn out tar felt, deleterious materials etc. ii) All pipe penetration shall be sealed with polymer modified mortar (PMM). iii) Saturate the surface with clean water before application of waterproof coating system. Once water get dried off apply one coat of High Performance & Ultra flexible polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane system of Fosroc-Brushbond ultrafex or equivalent system over the concrete followed a reinforcement fibre mesh over the layer of membrane. iv) Apply two coats of High Performance & Ultra flexible polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane system over the above mentioned initial layer after sufficient curing for each layer (Total consumption requirement for all 3 coats is atleast 3kg/m2)

Providing and fixing PVC door of syntex or equivalant make with shutter frame made of extruded plastic section having dimension of 60 x 24 mm or nearest, paneling with single panel hollow plastic section of 20 mm thick with average wall thickness of 1 mm and outer frame of door made of extruded plastic section of 48 x 40 mm or nearest including providing and fixing all required fittings such as stainless steel butt hinges, PVC tower bolts, PVC handles etc.complete as per manufacturers specifications.

Cleaning the structural/other surface neatly at all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc as per departmental instructions.

Painting one coat of priming coat on plastered surface (interior/exterior) with approved quality cement primer after cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, labour etc.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and colour specified over the priming coat already done and paid separately after cleaning the surface well.

Supplying and fixing PVC floor trap (single or multy type) of approved brand 110 mm size with required provision of outlets and inlets as per manufacturers specifications, cutting and making good the walls and floors, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing 125 mm (5 inch) Stainless steel floor gratings (two piece) to PVC trap as per instructions at site

Supplying and fixing approved quality white glazed vitreous china flat back lipped front urinal of size 430x380x230 mm or nearest size with 1No. 15mm PVC heavy type connection and 1 No.15mm CP regulating valve of superior make, CP spreader with flush pipe fixing the urinal to wall with Stainless steel screws with plastic grips including cutting and making good the walls etc. complete as per deptl instructions

Supplying and fixing urinal partition with "flair Division plate" of Johnson white colour or equivalent

Supplying conveying and fitting 550x400mm or nearest size wash hand basin of white glazed vitreous china approved quality with a pair of special alloy bolts for fixing the basin on walls with 1 No. 15 mm heavy type CP brass pillar tap of approved make 1no.heavy type 15mm PVC connection and 1No.15 mm CP regulating valve of superior make ,1No. 15 mm CP waste coupling,32 mm PVC waste pipe with cp learning nut 1No. etc. including cutting and making good the walls,etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing at all levels approved quality /brand European type vitreous china white glazed water closet pan with P/S trap and White/Black duro plastic seat and lid with CP brass hinges and CP rubber buffers, 10 litre capacity PVC low level flushing cistern of approved make with all fittings 1No.32mm CP brass flush bend, 1No:15mm superior PVC connection heavy type ,15mm CP regulating valve,cutting and making good the walls and floors including giving connection to sewer pipe with all necessary specials,etc. complete as per direction at site

Supplying to civil store white glazed Orisa pan of (Hindustan,Cera or equivalent) 580x440mm size with P/S trap including all necessary specials,etc.

Supplying to civil store PVC high level flushing cistern of 10 Ltr. Collecting ,conveying and Disposal of building rubbish / debris / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual/ mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved areas for filling, spreading in layers as per directions of Engineer-in-charge (20%deduction will be made if measured loose in lorries/from stack) - For an average lead of 2km

Supplying and fixing Concealed Stop cock ¾ inch "CERA/ JOHNSON/ PARRYWARE or equivalent type.

Supplying and fixing PVC pipes conforming to IS 4985 class III, 6 kg/sq.cm pressure for lines with all required specials such as plain bends, single junctions, elbows, crosses, unions, shoes, door bends, double junctions, vent cowls, etc. with or without door including cutting masonry or concrete floors, sunshades, etc and making the holes good after finishing the work. wherever necessary and jointing pipes with approved quality resin cement and fixing pipes with MS fixing clamps screwed on to wooden plugs embedded in masonry wherever required and painting the clamps with two coats of enamel paint over one coat primer. This includes testing of joints complete at all levels. for waste water lines 75mm or nearest outer dia.
