Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 2 km and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering but including the cost of cement- All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Portland Pozzolona Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Flooring with PCC 1:2:4 mix concrete using first class 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including mixing concrete, laying in panels,consolidating, curing etc complete at all levels , Including cost of cement and excluding the formwork

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc.

Cement block masonry work in CM 1:6 using good quality, approved, cement blocks including charges for conveying, scaffolding charges etc. as per departmental instructions for super structure walls up to 5 m height from ground level/floor level including cost of cement

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,including cost of cement

Supply, fabrication and fixing of steel structures made with M.S. hollow tubular sections as per IS 4923 of different sections with insert plates,legs etc. and blinding the hollow tubes with MS plates etc. at all heights with necessary welding ,scaffoldiing and painting with two coats of zinc chromate yellow metal primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint with all labour and material charges etc. complete

Supplying and providing colour coated Zincalume steel sheets at all levels with minimum yield stress of 550 Mpa and having 0.45mm base metal thickness and a hot dip zinc aluminium alloy coating( consist of 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon and 55% aluminium with total coating mass of 150 gm/Sqm). The total colour coating thickness of 40 microns with silicon modified polyester paint system shall be of 20 microns coat on exterior surface and 10 microns on under side of sheet over 5 microns primer coat on both sides Total thickness of coated sheet to be 0.5mm. Roofing sheet shall be crest fixed to the purlins with Hot dip galvanized self drilling fasteners of required diameter and length with integral EPDM washers as per manufacturer’s specifications. Fasteners also to be provided on the side laps of sheet.# Minimum sheet overlap at end laps shall be 150mm- For Roofing/cladding/louver

Providing and fixing colour coated Zincalume steel ridge capping with hooks or bolts and nuts, and EPDM washers etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications

Supplying and fixing square moulded PVC rain water gutter,160mm width including clamps fixing firmly to the existing frame system,fixtures like stop ends with outlets,running outlets,clamps,supports,bracket,etc. complete as per the instructions of Engineer In Charge.

Applying water thinnable cement primer one coat for exterior and interior walls of approved brand and quality at all heights including cost of all cost of materials, labour and scaffolding etc.

Painting with two coats of acrylic emulslon exterior paint of approved brand and shade at all heights as per manufacturer's specificalion including cleaning the surface well.

Providing labour assistance for emergency works which are not covered in the Schedule of work-Man Mazdoor

Painting letters or figures above 10 cm & up to 20 cm ht. Block, Roman, Italic or Indian with any kind of paint
