Dismantling steel work in single/ built up sections including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground for lead up to 10 km for all lifts, within the premises of FACT CD, complete as per directions of Engineer in-Charge.

Charges for conveying the surplus earth to places approximately 5 kms away and dumping at low lying places as directed by the Engineer

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains, in all kinds of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in -charge, with in a lead of 50m. The rates shall include bailing out water, and keeping the sides from collapsing using necessary timbering, planking, and shoring.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains, in all kinds of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, additional lift of 1.5m (from 1.5m upto 3.0m depth), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in -charge, with in a lead of 50m. The rates shall include bailing out water, and keeping the sides from collapsing using necessary.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing hard core layer of required thickness using 40mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones after compacting the underlying soil, spreading and levelling the stones and then spreading a layer of 6mm downgraded crushed aggregates on top of the broken metal layer and it shall be watered in order to force the crushed fine aggregates into the avoid spaces of the broken stone and repeat the process till all the voids are filled with crushed fine aggregates right up to the edges of hard core layer, including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete work in 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse river sand/manufactured sand: 8 40mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones) including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, cost for bailing out of water, oil, liquid mud etc. from all sources in excavated pits, trenches, etc. complete at all levels as per standard specifications but excluding the cost of shuttering, and as directed by the Engineer in-charge for foundation / levelling course etc.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using OPC/PPC cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in-charge. (Note: - Cement content considered in this item is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess cement used as per design mix is payable separately) – for all works below plinth level.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Structural steel work in single or built-up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) of grade YST 240 conforming to IS1161 or IS 4923, including supplying, cutting, drilling holes as required, hoisting, fixing in position to lines and levels at all heights after cleaning thoroughly with power tools and painting as per painting specifications given in specific requirements of work including welding and/or bolting with special shaped washers etc. including cost of skilled/unskilled manpower, tools, materials, machinery, scaffolding etc. complete.

Structural steel work in single or built-up sections of E250 grade conforming to IS 2062 (channels, angles, beams, joists, plates and rods or foundation bolts), including supplying, cutting, drilling holes as required, hoisting, fixing in position to lines and levels at all heights after cleaning thoroughly with power tools and painting as per painting specifications given in specific requirements of work including welding and/or bolting with special shaped washers etc. including cost of skilled/unskilled manpower, tools, materials, machinery, scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete to all lines and levels and applying petroleum jelly / grease after erection on exposed surface of bolts, covering the same with plastic wraps to prevent corrosion.

Reinforced cement concrete work of M25 grade for precast cover slab using Portland pozzolana cement containing more than 25% of fly ash, iver sand / manufactured sand conforming to IS 383 and 20mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones including all charges for designing the mix, weigh batching, including installation of batching plant at the designated location in the site premises or arranging RMC, mixing concrete, cost of adding concrete admixtures as required, transporting, formwork, laying, vibrating, consolidating, curing with minimal use of potable water subject to provision of IS 456, handling, transporting, loading, unloading, keeping and fixing in position, at all levels etc., complete but excluding cost of providing reinforcements. (Exposed surfaces of pre-cast elements shall have good finish with no blemish or mark on the finished surfaces) NOTE- (1) Minimum Cement content shall be @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately. (2) Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812(Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS: 456. Uniform blending with cement to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS:456 - in the items of BMC and RMC -for cover slabs on cable trench.

Supply and installation of chemical anchors type "Hilti" HVU or equivalent as per drawings, including the cost of the bolts, carting the same to site of work, fixing in position with necessary, tools, labour etc for all heights and depths, drilling holes, anchor rods (HAS / HAS-E) with nuts and washers, and fastening as per vendor’s specifications, complete and as directed by the E-i-C.: Installation of anchor rods (HAS / HAS-E)-M12.

Supply and installation of chemical achors type "Hilti" HVU or equivalent as per drawings, including the cost of the bolts, carting the same to site of work, fixing in position with necessary, tools, labour etc for all heights and depths, drilling holes, anchor rods (HAS / HAS-E) with nuts and washers, and fastening as per vendor’s specifications, complete and as directed by the E-i-C.: Installation of anchor rods (HAS / HAS-E)-M16.

Supplying, drilling/cleaning hole and fixing of HILTI / FISCHER Torque Controlled Expansion Anchor HST3 of HILTI or FAZ II of Fischer, of sizes ranging M10 / M12 / M16, to the specified embedment depth and activated with adequate torque as per manufacture’s specification, with the applicable tools and tackles, under the guidance of the manufacturer’s supervisor or authorised personnel.

Supplying and grouting pockets, base plates, etc. at all levels for static equipment/structural steel supports using nonshrink grout shrinkkomp 10 of M/s ACC or Conbextra GP I of M/s FOSROC or equivalent.
