Clearing and cleaning the inside and top of side walls of masonry drains, pipe/masonry culverts etc. by removing all earth, sand, debris, boulders, vegetation, organic wastes etc. complete transporting the collected materials manually or by mechanical means and depositing at low lying areas within the the factory primises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for drain of any width and depth upto 1M

Taking out and re-fixing of RCC pre-cast items such as drain cover slabs, fencing posts etc. at site as per direction.

Providing form work to RCC / CC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, struts, posts etc. including removal after completion/ curing for foundation footings, machine equipment foundations and pedastals over foundation footings, sides of trench walls, plinth beams and rafts, pile caps and mass concrete works etc.at all levels inside factory area.

RCC or CC work 1:2:4 mix, using 20mm nominal size broken stone excluding cost of form work and reinforcement.

Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformed bars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with tying wire of suitable gauge etc.complete.( Only Reinforcement Rods will be issued free of cost by the company )

RCC work 1:1 1/2:3 nominal mix using first class 20mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, handling and fixing in position, etc. complete but excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement for foundation footing, bottom and sides of trench, raft, plinth beams and pedestal over foundation footing of all shapes pile caps and mass concrete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick, one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels.

Finishing cement plastered surfaces integrally at all heights , with a neat flushing coat of cement.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-15 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix, and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer in - charge. NOTE- (1) Minimum Cement content shall be @ 250 kg/cum. Excess cement used as per design mix is payable separately. "(2) Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812 (Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS: 456. Uniform blending with cement to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS:456 in the items of BMC and RMC.

Collecting waste materials, debris, spoil earth and any other unwanted materials from all floors of buildings, drums, pits etc. and heaping within a distance of 100M as directed for measurement and dumping it in the low lying areas upto a distance of 5KM as directed at site.
