Insulation Resistance improvement and oil filtering of 13K Transformer

Removal of ITL Make 11/0.433kV, 1.6 MVA Transformer-TFR-13K with oil capacity-1220 liters from transformer bay in plant sub-station of Petro Plant and transporting it to vendor's dedicated work shop, as per the scope of work specified with terms and conditions attached. The scope of work includes: 1) Manually remove the 13K transformer from bay at plant substation and leading to the nearby road using Crane /Tools / tackles, skilled workers and under strict supervision of qualified supervisor ensuring no damage to adjacent pipes or pipe rack & radiaters. 2) Loading the transformer on to vehicle using crane of sufficient capacity. 3) Transporting the transformer to vendor's dedicated work shop for servicing / Ovening. 4) Unloading the transformer from Vehicle using crane of sufficient capacity at venders workshop. Note : Arrangement of sufficient capacity crane/ chain blocks, tools and tackles including labor are under venders scope.

Primary inspection, draining and preserving of oil from ITL Make 11/0.433kV, 1.6 MVA Transformer-TFR-13K with oil capacity-1220 liters for refilling after maintenance. The scope of work includes: 1) Primary inspection of the transformer. 2) Checking the BDV of the transformer oil by the vendor as part of inspection which shall be witnessed by FACT. 3) Draining of oil from the Transformer tank in to empty oil barrels/ tank and stored in vendors workshop for refilling after maintenance. Note : Provision of sufficient capacity barrels/ tank is under venders scope.
