Demolishing and removing old cement plaster and disposal of the debris at places pointed out within a distance of 150M.

Collecting waste materials, debris, spoil earth and any other unwanted materials from all floors of buildings, drums, pits etc. and heaping within a distance of 100M as directed for measurement and dumping it in the low lying areas upto a distance of 5KM as directed at site.

Cleaning the loose particles,dust, oily/greasy materials,bitumen dippings,sealants etc. on the road surface/floor at different levels with broom / wire brush & water washing, air compressor etc. with all charges as per departmental instructions.

Extra for lifting materials such as cement, sand, aggregates, bricks and concrete etc. from ground level to different floors between 5 metre and 12m high.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Fixing doors/ windows/ ventilators,frames in position including fixing hold fasts etc. (Labour only)

Fixing fabricated / repaired doors / windows/ ventilator shutters to existing frames with all necessary hard ware fittings at all levels.(labour only)

Providing form work to Cement Concrete and RCC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, struts, posts etc. including removal after completion/ curing for beams, sunshades, lintels, fins, facias and walls upto 5m height from plinth level or floor level /in ground floor- straight sided.

Supplying Portland pozzolana cement (PPC) of grade 53 conforming to IS1489 part-1 in 50 kg bags

Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformed bars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with tying wire of suitable gauge etc.complete.( Only Reinforcement Rods will be issued free of cost by the company )

RCC or CC work 1:2:4 mix, using 20mm nominal size broken stone excluding cost of form work and reinforcement.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge - With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 for an average thickness of 20mm one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels for finishing top of CC floors, rough faces of brick work, surfaces of rubble masonry etc.

Solid concrete block masonry in cement mortar 1:5 using good quality cement concrete blocks approved by the Engineer-in-charge for superstructure in ground floor/ upto 5m height from plinth level/floor level

Fresh lining / repairing the lining using Acid Resistant/ Fire proof bricks to the required thickness with suitable mortar for floors, drains, cooler basin etc. of all shapes and sizes including transporting of all the required materials from Udyogamandal General Stores/Civil Maintenance Office stores/Plant Stock Yards to the work site, preparation of the required mortar as directed, (lining materials will be issued free of cost).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-20 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix, and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer in - charge. NOTE- (1) Minimum Cement content shall be @ 300 kg/cum. Excess cement used as per design mix is payable separately. "(2) Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812 (Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS: 456. Uniform blending with cement to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS:456 in the items of BMC and RMC.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Painting two coats of single pack, lead free, acid and alkali resistant black bituminous paint of approved quality confirming to IS: 9862 after removing the loose materials, dust, oil, grease and cleaning the surface etc. carefully without damaging the surface including cost of paint materials, labour charges etc. complete as per departmental instructions at site.
